I did the 8 week mindfulness course last autumn with Tessa. I've been doing mindfulness for many years but wanted to deepen through a formal course. I really really enjoyed the course and found it has been incredibly beneficial. Tessa is a wonderful guide and very engaging both during the classes and in answering any questions throughout the 8 weeks. Since the class I have found my meditation has deepened quite considerably, so the course has been a brilliant step for me in my journey.

I did the 8 week mindfulness course with Tessa and it was truly life changing. Tessa is warm and engaging, and a true mindfulness authority, not like the "gurus" I feel like I come across sometimes who are jumping on the surge in popularity. I feel very lucky to have been able to have her as my teacher. Also excellent value for money.

Great course, great teacher, great value for money! I completed the eight week MBSR/CBT and all day retreat course with Being Mindful nearly a year ago now and still feel the benefits in terms of stress reduction and relaxation. The course flew by almost too quickly. Debbie is a brilliant teacher with a warm and engaging style. She is able to convey complex ideas and information in a relaxed conversational style with clarity, humour and focus. Over all she made the whole Mindfulness thing very easy and achievable. The free downloads also are a great help in maintaining the practice. I can’t recommend this course highly enough, it is life changing. Just do it!

I've just completed the 8 week MBSR/MBCT course online which certainly exceeded all my expectations. Tessa is a wonderful instructor and skillfully managed a largish group on Zoom - I don't think any of us felt that we had missed out on a face to face course (although I can't wait to be able to meet Tessa in person!) The fact that most of the people on the course were returning for their third or fourth course says it all. And for me, a complete beginner, I'll certainly be returning for more. As others have said, set aside time in the the week for home practice as the more you're able to put in, the more you'll get out.

A life changing 9 week course. The teaching from Tessa was calm, compassionate and inspiring. Be ready to commit yourself to developing for the 2 months and embrace the at home practice in between the weekly sessions. Really enjoyable and highly recommended for a fresh start to the new decade.

This course is the best thing I ever did for myself. Debbie is amazing. I will highly recommend it. Since we did the course, my partner and I are able to be mindful, enjoy and appreciate our moments as we never did before. If you want to do something good for yourself you really need to take mindfulness with Debbie. You will not regret.

I thoroughly recommend doing this mindfulness course. It has helped both my husband and myself enormously We did a “ one to one , or strictly speaking “ one to two “ course with Debbie , last summer , and she was brilliant. Really delightful to interact with ... and , importantly for us , a sense of humour ... but coupled with a serious attitude to the practice. I am pleased to say we are managing to keep up the mindful meditation , and hope to do further courses in the future. It was certainly well worth doing

The person who recommended this course to me said it was 'life changing' and I was quite skeptical at first, surely it can't be that good? But it's really true, and it changed my life in the best way possible, when I didn't even think it needed changing. Tessa lives what she teaches and is a warm, wonderful teacher - I cannot recommend her and her course enough.
