As an au pair, Livia was so kind and helpful. She was so understanding and validating when I needed to leave the previous family I was with. She sent me many possible options for families and prepared me well for the interviews. It really feels like she pays attention and gets to know you, so she can places each au pair with the right family (and vice versa). I felt very supported through a really difficult time and I could not recommend her enough for any other au pairs.
