Was a great experience, very thorough and detailed. I am looking forward to sharing mindfulness with young people and further developing my own practice. Would recommend to try the course if looking for some training in sharing mindfulness with young people. Michael and Lorna (the course facilitators) were very good and understanding. Had a solid knowledge of mindfulness. Enjoy!

Both trainings are awesome! I started with the Soma program that offers wonderful tools to introduce yoga to youth in a fun and creative way. I couldn't help myself and kept going with the kids program which I highly recommend as well. I just love this approach to introduce mindfulness to young people through games, neuroscience, gentle meditation practices, videos, etc.

I loved learning from Micheal and Lorna. Their passion for their work really came through in every moment of the course. I learned so much from them. I recently qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher after 3years of training and I believe that this is one of the best programmes I have participated in. The learning is active and engaging. There is also a learning support platform where you can enrich your the lessons of the live course. I recommend this course to all mindfulness teachers whether they work specifically with young people or not! And to anyone and everyone who works with young people. Thank you so much, you both have helped me enrich my own teaching as well as my personal practice.

The course was a great experience. I have practicef mindfulness for the past 18 months and had some understanding of the benefits. I was developing a course for wellbeing in schools and was struggling to know how to deliver mindfulness to teenagers.

This course has given me the activities and framework to effectively deliver mindfulness to teens. I used a number of activities with a group and they were very successful. The pod practice and group mindfulness was great to listen and learn from others. All round well designed and resourced course. I look forward to continuing to work with Michael on the master course.

Michael and Lorna both have different and excellent styles of teaching and above anything else they both come across as real and passionate about the work they are doing. The sessions were fun, in-depth and well researched with recommendations for further reading along the way. The course really helps encourage one to grow their own personal practise too. Loved every bit of the superb course and would recommend it a million times over to anyone thinking of taking part.

I highly recommend the Mindfulness for Kids and Soma programmes! I have taken them both and consider them both very useful. I love the richness of their content and the opportunity for their creative and flexible way of teaching to the target groups afterwards.

Both programmes allow for the very clear understanding of what mindfulness is and well present its principles. What I am really thankful for is the interesting journey I had with the participants in the prigramme which provided deep reflection and knowledge.

The material is quite well-structured and I already apply it very successfully. The feedback I receive from people who have taken the programme is really positive!

I am also grateful for the amazingly rich experience Michael and Lorna are always so willing to share with us every time. I surely trust them fully and highly recommend them to anyone who is interested!

I highly recommend training to teach mindfulness to children and young people with Youth Mindfulness. It is absolutely superb. Both the Kids Programme and the SOMA Programme courses are thorough, in-depth, well researched and really enjoyable. The content is varied, with plenty of opportunities to deepen knowledge and personal practice. My own practice has grown hugely as a result of participating in the training and my confidence to share this vital work has increased. The sessions are well organised and the facilitators, Michael and Lorna, have a high level of expertise. Moreover, they are really lovely, compassionate people and make the learning journey fun and meaningful for all who take part. Sign up! I did the Youth Mindfulness online Kids Programme last year and found it to be such a great experience. There was an impressive variety of teaching resources used, the programme had been well thought through and both Michael and Lorna were passionate and engaging teachers. It helped give me deeper insight into my own practice as well as the knowledge to help kids learn such a valuable tool. Thanks so much for creating something so valuable.
