Ordered door dash. Received the opposite of what I ordered. Had to drive here to get it replaced. Cedric helped and is the reason I changed from a one star review. Though he fixed the issue, its the first and last time I'll spend money at this location. . Photos are before eand after.

And who gave me this big tub of ranch when i ordered so small 😭🤣

I waited an hour for my food. I asked for the manager. He told the employee he didn’t have time to talk. He later walks up, very unprofessionally and tells me he can’t get my food ready standing there talking to me. The manager is a disgrace to the brand. Which is why he or someone that works there felt comfortable enough to add this disturbingly amount of grease to my fries that I had to throw away. Please see the photos of some of the grease drained from the basket of fries.

Not only did I have a terrible experience and a lot of wasted time, but also wasn't able to enjoy my food. Good leadership starts at the top. No one deserves to be discarded when they're paying for service. This type of management trickles down to employees which definitely shows at this location because you’re guaranteed to receive substandard customer service.
The manager is a disgrace to the community!

Terrible Service. I’ll keep it short and sweet the best I can. Order was on October 14th. Order number: 10078. Called In my order for 15 trad. Buffalo, 10 boneless bbq and 5 lemon pepper. I repeat the order 3 times and have the worker, Adrian repeat it 2 times as well. Get to the store and immediately am I asked my name and then the little Hispanic girl up front all confused looking asks how many drinks I got. If the order was actually taken when I called, then this wouldn’t have happened which to me was a dead giveaway on why what happened, happened. Once I tell them I had two drinks she tells me it will be 10 minutes. 25 minutes later my food is brought. Shocker. Order is wrong. Instead of getting 30 total wings, only the 10 bbq and 5 lemon pepper are there. I’m express the issue kindly to the front and stated my frustration that I repeated my order multiple times and so did Adrian. Instead of being accountable and mature, she and her manger who should both be let go, insisted on arguing with me that that is not what I said on the phone. If my order was actually entered into the system during the phone call then my order would have been correct. I ask corporate to listen to the phone call if they are recorded. Terrible customer service. As a customer, it’s just such a let down to be argued with like that and basically told you are a liar. LISTEN TO THE CALL!

My husband ordered food online yesterday after work for dinner. Highly highly upset that our food was not fresh at all. The fries taste like they were freezer burnt then thrown in a air fryer and the chicken had been cooked already and reheated and the Cajun corn was old and dry. I eat from this location and this was a first that our food was not fresh. $30 plus dollars for old food. Not pleased at all.

This was by far one of the worst wingstops I've ever been to and I was visiting from Atlanta. There was no soap to wash your hands and the restroom, the servers would not give you eye contact and there was no receipt in the bag. And my work, receipts are important! The wings were cooked extremely hard and the fries well, you can look at the fries yourself, they were greasy, burned, and they had bottom of a barrel potato bits inside. I was so disappointed the Dallas Wingstop 😞 Green Bay Wisconsin wingstops are better than that garbage!

Man if i could give a restaurant 0 stars i would everytime i order from this wingstop something goes wrong wether its on the app or in person this time it was on the app and i was getting my food delivered and they gave my order to the wrong dasher and then told my dasher they couldn’t remake it because they were about to close the crazy thing is i ordered my food 3 hours before they close and then i couldn’t cancel my ordered on the app so i called the store and everytime they don’t answer i called 8 times and the phone just rung 34 dollars down the drain and it’s worse because i work full time at a warehouse and only 10 minutes for a break janky ik but i had my mind set on the wingstop this food wasnt just for me it was for me pregnant bestie too now we both going to bed with no food

I ordered two wing combos to have delivered. Wing Stop charged me for the order but then never delivered the order. When I called the store and asked what the delay was, I was simply told that they did not have an order for me. When I called the Dasher, she told me she was still at the store waiting on the staff to hand her the food. Luckily, since I live close enough, I made the drive to go pick up the order. When I get there, I explain the situation only for the staff to tell me that I am in the wrong and that they never received the order. After 15 minutes of back and forth, behold a copy of order receipt. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. It’s not hard to verify the orders, and hand them out. There was no one there willing to take accountability, instead they all played coy. Do not recommend- take your business else where.
