Thank you Sharon for your wonderful teaching, calming influence and beautiful aura that you bring to this space.
Having attended one of Sharon's Mindfulness teacher training courses, i have to say it was one of the best, and life changing courses to be a part of. After retiring from a stressful, busy role having never practiced mindfulness, this has just blown my mind to how life should be lived daily and what i was missing out on by running on autopilot for too long.
Making small sustainable changes to my daily life and mindfulness practice has reaped HUGE benefits, so THANK YOU.
I have also attended 2 Mindfulness Retreats in Dalkeith and supervision sessions, run by Sharon and taken so much learning away.
Highly highly recommend Sharon for her caring, professional approach and the teacher training and retreats she runs.

Sharon Conway was an absolutely brilliant instructor and this course should be mandatory in all work and social enterprises. Sharon made the material engaging and fun and also paid attention to our needs as a group and tailored the course to suit. There was room for discussion, and so much support. Utterly fantastic, really informative, and also good to have some outdated viewpoints challenged and corrected in a way that was educational and easy going. I can't recommend this course highly enough.

I attended the wellbeingmind Mental Health Awareness and Mindfulness course led by Sharon and I have also had the pleasure of attending mindfulness sessions with Sharon. She is incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled at being able to discuss topics in a way that everyone in her presence can relate to and understand. Each session with Sharon has been well paced and has felt like an incredibly warm and safe environment. I have no hesitation in recommending Sharon, she is a fabulous teacher.

I attended the wellbeingmind Mental Health First Aid course which Sharon led. She is very knowledgeable but more importantly able to impart that knowledge in a very accessible way. Throughout all four online sessions I felt fully engaged with Sharon and the other course participants which is entirely due to her expertise as an instructor. The course is well paced with the self-learning between the online sessions enabling meaningful discussions to take place. At no time was there any sense of being talked at. An excellent course that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I have just been on the Mental Health Awareness and Mindfulness CPD with Sharon. As a subject close to my heart I was eager to do this course and I wasn't disappointed. It gave me a better understanding of what Mental Health is and how to help those with it. The way Sharon structured the day was perfect, time in the discussions and breakout rooms was great and meeting the others was lovely. The information given was just the right balance and it has inspired me to further my knowledge with the Mental Health First Aid certificate. I feel so much more confident with talking to people about the issues they may be experiencing and offering them the best support I can. Sharon’s mindfulness class is my favourite time of the week! I was introduced to mindfulness as a way to manage stress and anxiety. Wellbeingmind popped up on my newsfeed at just the right time at the beginning of the first lockdown. As I had time I signed up and am so glad I did. Sharon is calming and supportive and her gentle voice just rocks you into a state of relaxation.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at this Mindfulness event. Thank you to Sharon and Hannah and the team for making it so enjoyable, informative and a real treat for the mind and body. I now have lots of new practical techniques and tips for continuing my mindfulness journey, Thank you. I can highly recommend the day to both novices and experienced meditators as there is something for everyone.
