Thereā€™s an older woman of Asian descent that works at this location, sheā€™s yelled at be pretty bad before so I usually will avoid going up to the counter especially if she is there. She screamed at me because I printed a label wrong mind you it was my first time shipping a package for Poshmark, I asked her why she was belittling me in front of customers just because I didnā€™t know the proper way to do the packing/label stuff. She began laughing at me so I immediately ran out as that put me in to a severely bad panic attack. I also notice her frequently staring me up and down and glaring at me, and I try my best to ignore it. Then, Wednesday of this week I visit again and I have prepaid labels so usually I can just drop off on the counter and leave without having to have any contact, but the counter for drop off was full. She began to tell me that one of the packages could not use a flat rate shipping label and that the entire package would need to fit in one of the flat rate boxes. I was confused by this because on the order it states the ounces/weight of items and thereā€™s no way that amount of items could fit in even the large flat rate box. She rolled her eyes at me and said okay whatever and took the package to mail it off. Today I received a message from the buyer who spent $350 on vintage clothing from me stating itā€™s showing her package has been delivered but itā€™s nowhere to be found. Iā€™m hoping it pops up but Iā€™m almost certain this lady did something weird with my package considering her irrational anger outburst Iā€™ve experienced and see plenty reviews about. I feel like sheā€™s bothered by me and did this to ā€œget backā€ at me. I will be reporting her to management and report my packages as missing now which is so sad because these are irreplaceable vintage items that Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll never be able to find or replace plus I have to reimburse this buyer for not getting her items. After I do a little bit of digging I will update this review if needed. Beware of the rude lady, Iā€™ll update with her name once I figure it out.

Why offer re-delivery and then not deliver Confirmation email received and a phone call to confirm my item would be re-delivered and nothing was delivered. Why should customers have to take time to pick up items when it is the job of the USPS to deliver? Second call to Auburn WA and spent an hr holding for an employee and the call was never picked up. Complete waste of time. If zero were a rating option, that would have been my selection.

I have lived in auburn off T St SE for over 5 years now and our USPS driver refuse to deliver our packages to our door or to the mail lock box located by the road. Our entire complex gets the excuse that there was an dog inference and he was unable to deliver packages. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE!! My husband has gone down and talked with the supervisor of the auburn location and was told that this matter would be taken care of and the driver would start delivering our packages. We'll i guess the entire company lies because we continue to have this issue and nothing seems to changes. I'm so frustrated that I'm willing to start paying for other service other that USPS.
DRIVER FOR" T ST SE AUBURN" IS A LAZY LIER.
I want proof of a dog interface if my packages are not delivered!!!

Talking to the manager or supervisor is worthless since no one seems to care that this driver lies and refuses to do his job..this is not the 1st time it's the 5,7,7 8th time.. if auburn usps was to look up address from 303,305,307,309 T St Se auburn they would see that the main driver refuses to do his job.. EVERY single time he uses the EXUSE "dog interface" THIS IS A LIE!!
Update.. received a call from Christina and she tells me that apparently there's a letter that has been signed by me about a dog on property and I'm not upholding to this agreement. We'll that's a lie because I never signed ANYTHING. Christina did not want to hear anything I said. Christina said that the letter carrier has every right not to deliver my packages because the letter carrier feels unsafe.
Well it must be nice to refuse to do your job even though there no PROOF of dog interference of him doing his job.
I understand backing your employees but if they are lying and refusing to do there job when EVERY OTHER letter carrier NEVER has a problem delivering packages then maybe it's not the customer but the employee that has the problem.

So note to self... if you have any issue with the auburn location do waste your time with the management go above there heads and report to the USPS General.

Went to mail a package today, which I do very frequently and after waiting 20 minutes in line I get to the desk and the lady very rudely told me I needed to write the addresses in different spots - which no one has ever requested of me since a label gets printed. The written addresses are just for backup purposes. When I questioned her she was pushy, rude, and started yelling at me. Then her coworkers joined in. Absolutely wild experience at this post office this morning.

We have a mail carrier that will NOT attempt to bring packages to the door. Instead they put a notice in my mailbox that says I need to pick it up at the post office. I don't have a car, and the package is medications that I need to sign for, and need right away. Re-delivery won't work because I need them now, and I have no way to go get them. And calling the 1-800 number does nothing as you can't talk to a person.

Christina the supervisor has stolen my jewelry package and refuses to give it to me while smiling in my face telling me "we have it" . She keeps denying me my package with NO REASON as to why. I have filed a police report amd also a complain with USPS investigation department. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION THEY CERTAINLY STEAL YOUR ITEMS then give you the run around when inquiring

We went in today 8/5 to do next day shipping for a military member and the lady that was ā€œhelpingā€ us I believe her name is Jen sheā€™s in her 60s Asian woman clerk 12 at 1:35pm she was yelling at multiple customers being extremely rude. When she saw the address she said it doesnā€™t exist when we have sent multiple items in the past and he has received everything we have sent to that address. She kept telling us it doesnā€™t exists and was refusing to help us and yelling at both my mother and I out of anger. Someone like her should not be allowed working customer service.
