Worse post office. Canceled my passport appointment two weeks ago. Stopped 2 people in front of us during the second appointment as the printer broke. Third appointment - lady went to help the post office side instead of doing next passport appointment. Running behind. Lady was rude and has an attitude. Last time using to this place.

Staff here is rude. I made an appointment to get my passport and I either went to the wrong location or something in the system didn’t go through so there was no appointment on their end. The lady said she would help me anyways, but she continued to passively say I didn’t have an appointment the entire time and she didn’t have to help me if she didn’t want too, that she was going on lunch soon. So I kept looking for the confirmation email, which also upset her so much she went and grabbed her supervisor and made it seem like I was being difficult when I was only trying to show her the confirmation so she could literally just stop saying “ well you don’t have an appointment “ like if you’re going to say you’re gonna help me then just help me and stop saying I don’t have an appointment. Well, unfortunately, I have the pleasure of dealing with them again, I got a package of clothes and it was split into two. I received half my order , my other half said on the way, and then at like midnight, I got a text saying the order was sent back to sender because of an incorrect Address, Which to me makes no sense because I already got half my order So I called, waited an hour to speak to somebody, And she confirmed that the address was correct because I read it back to her, She said there was nothing I can do that. I’d have to drive down or wait for them to send it back to the sender and then they’ll resend it. Okay resend it so it can be re sent back to them ? Address apartment number everything is correct. What else do they need? I don’t know if the staff needs better training or what.

1 worker helped 1 person then went to the back. I’ve been here about 15 minutes. Only 2 people were in front of me. There are currently zero workers helping anyone out. NO printer here so I have to go next door to UPS to print my ONE LABEL on ONE PAGE for ONE DOLLAR AND 25 CENTS.

The African American lady is been rude the three time I have gone, I don’t know if she is just lazy or doesn’t know how to do her job right but she says she can’t fix it but the Asian guy gets it done. She is just to rude. Never going back there.

Wow. Awful staff who throws packages (the gray/blonde female with a bun with thick makeup), long line for the packages (where another customer complaint out loud for the rudeness) while I am in line for the passport. I came 10 mins early as I was advised but they don’t even have anything ready nor was aware of this appointment. I waited for half an hour without being explained of why there is a delay or system error. So unorganized and staff cannot handle the work.

The Asian lady named Shukyu is the only one who seems to be working so hard lol I can tell that she’s trying and she seems to be the busiest one so idk how I feel abt complaining to her but... What the heck. This place is a total mess. But thank you, Shukyu, for helping out! She’s the only reason why im changing the stars to 2 when it deserves none

They will not cash usps money orders. Stop selling them if you can't cash them this is ridiculous

I had a terrible experience at this USPS location. The gray/blonde female with a bun and thick makeup, who claimed to be the manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She shouted at me instead of assisting, making me feel discriminated against. I came with a crying 2-year-old and a pregnant friend, and she embarrassed us in front of everyone. She refused to help and wouldn't let anyone else assist either. I will avoid this place at all costs.
