First hibachi experience and they let me have it. They threw food in my mouth, squirted the sauce at me and it was a fun time.

The chef was great did a great job on the steak and shrimp and had great aim

Fried rice + (medium) steak and shrimp was very good. Would go back soon!

First off - the food is phenomenal. It is fresh, made to order, good portions, great prices. The shumai is honestly so well cooked I order it every time.
The staff is great - the servers are all on top of tables - quickly refilling any low drinks and checking for empty plates to remove. The chef is top notch - the food is phenomenal. The managers are nice and keep a good eye out. The wine/beer/sake selection is quite fitting and they also have a full alcohol bar unlike many sushi/hibachi joints.

Everything was good. Came for a few of the family members birthday. We all had steak and shrimp hibachi. Service was fun and we had a good time.

Clear soup was ok as compared to other places like Kumo and Fujiyama as better option. We ordered couple of sushi and a hibachi combo of chicken and lobster tail. All good. The lobster tail is cheaper than other places without compromising on the taste. The ambience is little dark. Paid around $70 for me, wife and my kid. Portions were good.

We had hibachi dinner here and the food was excellent! We had the steak and salmon hibachi combo, the chef cooked each to our preference, along with fried rice and vegetables. I can't wait to go back! They also have sushi which I would love to try!

Short answer, great hibachi experience at a reasonable price. I would go back again.

The food and the taste were great. The Hibachi chef was funny, and it made for a fun experience. The service was good, no complaints at all.

The price was good, especially when you compare it to other locations like Masa which is fancier, but each dish is an extra $5-10 over Tomo's prices.

My biggest complaint is the lighting of the atmosphere. The art on the wall is great and the look of the place is good, but they really don't have much lighting at the Hibachi tables. It is VERY dim and I don't care for that.

Despite this, I will be going back as the food and the experience makes up for it.

i always go here for the hibachi. what i love about Tomo is the fancier atmosphere and a lot of hibachis all taste pretty much the same but Tomo is different.

Went for my God daughters birthday dinner and the service was great! Our cook made sure the girls had a great time and were thoroughly entertained. Although the food was kind of average, we would definitely come back. It was a quiet resturant with rooms for bigger parties and that fit our needs for the evening.
