I frequently use this store because it is the closest. Not once has ANY employee been slightly civil. These are the angriest customer facing employees ever! It’s as though they are hired and trained to be rude and indifferent. The store owner/manager must think offensive behavior is good or they wouldn’t keep these miscreants around.

they don’t mention they charge 5 dollars to hold a package. This is after they leave my package at an apartment building instead of my house and blatantly refuse to admit their mistake for months - will make sure I avoid ups as much as possible especially for expensive items

Excellent customer service given by the store. The staff is very humble and patient. The store provides fast and reliable shipping as well. Overall, a very good experience and will recommend this store to anyone looking for quality, reliability and exceptional service.

I needed to print the label and I was told to use the computer. The computer rate was $2 to use the internet (to download the pdf) and the print cost was $0.15 (B/W page) but they charged my card $5 which I noticed later after getting back home. What a rip off!

Hours online are not correct; I arrived at 5:20pm Saturday and they had closed at 5 (time listed here is 7pm) Luckily the individual closing the store was kind enough to take my package for me since it was prepaid (THANK YOU) but I recommend you call or check their direct website for correct hours to avoid issues.

The folks inside were helpful, kind, and accommodating when I brought in 10 large packages and didn't force me to buy tape to affix the labels. This will be my primary UPS store in Seattle going forward, thank you!

Just missed their “notary hours” by 15 minutes. The person who does them was still there, but refused to do it. Rude, and unprofessional. Please ignore the sign at the entrance about this places being owned by someone in your community. A community member would help you out if they could.

I will now get my document notarized elsewhere and I will use FedEx to send it overseas.

The staff and people are very understanding and quick. The best thing that they store senders address and past address that I have sent couriers so because of that by just providing my phone number all the information there which made the whole process pretty quick and convenient
