I had a Soul Reading session with Lena, and it left me incredibly speechless. One hour has felt like sole 10 minutes.

Her voice was calming, her way of guiding me was amazingly skillful and gentle.

She addressed everything I had fears and doubts about and much more.
Her approach undoubtedly connected directly with my soul.

The experience I had during and after the Soul Reading was truly enchanting and spiritually profound.
I wholeheartedly recommend Lena to anyone who is seeking clarity in their soul's purpose, open to explore deeper layers of themselves, or feeling a bit uncertain of their direction on life.

Lena is far more than a soul reader - she is a healer, an excellent professional in the realms of meditation and mindfulness.

Lena is a magician. She founded " ? Kids Club " for Ukrainian refugees children. That generous program created a safety space for kids who came through the war and immigration. Many of them came through a hell , post-traumatic syndrome. Lena found time, energy and love for all of them.

Wise, kind and beautiful woman. I would definitely recommend her therapy sessions to children and parents, who lost their way of making a happy family life.

Lena is absolutely amazing - I cannot recommend her more highly. She has the most wonderful, calm manner, which immediately put my daughter at ease as her "mentor" and has taught her invaluable skills that she will use for the rest of her life. We have all as a family integrated some of the principles into our everyday actions, thoughts and language. Even our daughter's school teacher noticed a difference! We look forward to Lena being able to teach mindfulness to our younger daughter in a few years time - what Lena teaches is so important, it should be part of the school curriculum. Thank you Lena!

I was lucky enough to have a soul reading with Lena and I can't describe how wonderful it was. I came away feeling clear, supported and with lots of reassurance for what I already knew, but didn't always follow, was my path. Lena is so talented, calm and supportive and this session gives such clarity to questions you may have. Highly recommended.

Working with Lena is a dream. She is so calm and kind and her gentle and genuine nature puts you instantly at ease as if talking to an old friend.
We first came across Lena on the festival of functional medicine where my daughter and I took part in a childrens meditation. We then went on to use he her beautiful meditation tracks to wind down before bed.
Since then we have gone on to utilise the parents consult and now my daughter is having 121 sessions to learn more about her brain and emotions and how to support herself through tricky times. A absolutely loves this time and warmed to Lena immediately (no surprise there) The small language changes and approaches and understandings she has given us as a family have been invaluable and I am sure will make a huge impact as our learning progresses.
Having someone to talk to about parenting challenges, free of judgment and full of kindness and learning how we can better support our childrens emotional well-being is without a doubt the most preschools investment we will make in our parenting journey and feel very lucky to have crossed paths and be sharing this journey with Lena.

I feel very lucky and proud to know Lena personally. Lena is a kind of person that is always on your side, sharing her wise, calming thoughts and ideas that suit your situation the best way. My son is a first grader and he has some behavioral issues at school. Lena's experience and knowledge, her tailor made practices have helped me and my son to feel more comfortable and more confident at school. I know Lena herself was a school teacher in the past, later she practiced yoga with children - she has made quite a way to mindfulness she is practicing today. By now Lena has gained so much to share. To me it feels there's no issue she can't help you with.

I'm a mother of 2 wonderful kids.
My son, who is 9, is very active,  always has busy mind and active life. He doesn't know how to relax both his body and his mind. With his busy life he needs to recharge fully and have a good sleep. There are some weeks/days that it's hard for him to fall asleep or sleep through the night. When we tried Lena's meditations,  I couldn't believe how much he was involved,  how much he imagined, and how well relaxed he felt after that. We also follow/try a lot of other practices/advice from Lena's page, and we already implement some yoga with stretching routines. My daughter, who is 6 y.o., is more relaxed, less stressed, very good sleeper, she also enjoys relaxing with her brother, and I hope we are building a good base for her mind awareness and  her confidence. It's great to have this bank of information on mindfulness available any time.  We cannot wait for the meditation album to come out too!

We have nearly completed our course of mindfulness coaching with Lena and we are so thrilled with our son’s progress.

Having built a special relationship with Lena through joining her meditations, we knew she would be the right person to help coach our son through a difficult time. Lena has helped build a greater understanding of emotions, confidence, self esteem and a more positive attitude, all things our son finds tricky. She has gone above and beyond to tailor the sessions and activities to suit our son’s interests in order to ensure he engages with him.

They have a lovely bond and Lena has really taken the time and effort to get to know us as a family to see how best to approach certain issues. Our son looks forward to speaking with Lena and enjoys all of the challenges and activities he is presented with. We have noticed a real difference in his attitude and it’s wonderful to see him using the skills he has learnt with Lena to help him navigate himself through situations he finds difficult.

The support and guidance Lena has and continues to give us, is invaluable. Lena’s knowledge is extensive, her library of resources seems never ending, she is approachable and always on hand to help in any way she can, she has such a kind and caring nature.

Our son loves receiving little videos, voice notes or cards of encouragement from Lena. She is one of a kind and we are so very grateful to have her help to guide us through our journey.
