I booked my 2 year old daughter into one of Charlotte’s classes. As soon as I met Charlotte, i knew my daughter would love it! When i came back to pick up my daughter, she was having so much fun that she asked when can she go again. They spoke about her emotions/feelings and she learnt breathing techniques which is a necessity for her at the moment as she is in her terrible two’s stage. Such a beautiful studio. I’ve now booked into weekly classes!

This place has lots of different tools/ and plays to engage with little ones...not just making them sit and still :), also Charlotte is really sweet and very experienced meditation, mindful play teacher. When I came back to pick up my 2.5 years old daughter, she was lying down with eyes closed and relaxed. I am very grateful to have this space near our home!

Charlotte is pure magic. She has the ability to engage my children so well that they always leave calm and happy. We love our weekly flamingoes session! I also love the retail section, you can tell Charlotte has researched and only stocks the best quality products.

The most beautiful and cozy spot I’ve stumbled across. The staff were very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge about mental health! There was one particular lady by the name of Charlotte who had a very warming personality. I’ll be back to visit very soon!!!

I visited The Happinest on our most recent trip to New York and cannot recommend enough for everyone to experience this amazing place for yourself.

Charlotte was lovely and I can only hope they open something similar in Melbourne soon.. We could all do with a little Happinest in our lives!

I could not recommend The Happinest highly enough. Since taking my son to the Eagles class on a weekly basis he has been so much more manageable and happy at home! Last night he was grizzly and upset, before I knew it he had taken himself to his room to do breathing exercises to help calm down. He told me he had learnt about his emotions from The Happinest classes. He has also fallen truely in love with the mindfulness teacher Charlotte, he can not wait to go back.

Love the happinest. My daughter has regularly gone to their kids mindfulness class and absolute adores it, not to mention returns relaxed and zen. Cha is amazing and puts the happy in the nest. Couldn’t recommend high enough!

Gorgeous new little studio. Took my 5 year old and he loved his session with the lovely Charlotte.
We will def be returning.
I am also going to come back for adult meditation myself.
