Every order has showed up either wrong colors, or missing items, or not in stock forever . Terrible quality clothes that look as if they were made by children in a sweatshop. Customer service is no good when trying to fix these problems. Ordered blue shirts for my kids school, recieved white shirts. And to top that off they were shipped to us with someone's coffee stains on them. Really wish the school would switch to another company. I have had to pay someone to alter every skirt that I've recieved for my daughters. Buyer beware!!

SchoolBelles has done a 360. There’s a new manager who is extremely kind, empathetic and on top of things. Someone actually answered the phone when I called which was a huge shock as previously it would go to the automated message every time. The new manager effortlessly corrected the situation below. I now have confidence in this store.

I have driven down to SchoolBelles 3 times. 2 times they were closed although hours posted stated they should be open. As I write this I am sitting outside the store hoping someone will open the door because it’s a 30 minute drive each way. They should’ve been open 1 hour and 30 minutes ago. That is not just running a little bit behind that is blatant disrespect of their customers. I have also watched at least a dozen people walk up to the locked door only to walk away disappointed and annoyed. This is also the last day the store is open for their 30% off sale since they’re closed on Sundays and I don’t want to pay $10 to have the item shipped. If there was another store to get the uniforms I would’ve ditched SchoolBelles two trips ago!!!

Response to owner: If you were unable to open you should have the courtesy to update your phone message. I called to double check before I drove out of my way. Extending the sale doesn’t really help when I’ve already wasted over 2 hours of my Saturday and as a working mom weeks are busy, store hours aren’t the best, and a 30 minute drive out of my way is hard to carve time out for. If the store manager was unable to open why didn’t the owner show up I’ve worked retail. You don’t just not open!!

I took my granddaughter shopping for uniform clothing today at Indianapolis Schoolbelles. The manager Crystal was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and cheery. She enabled us to find what we were looking for quickly.

Closed during posted hours. 5 out 10 trips to this store. Used be that managers ran the shift when their ppl no showed. Horrible. Please someone teach basic management
and or Need to build a competitive retail site.

Extremely overpriced, out of stock for everything. You would think a company with a monopoly would at least coordinate with the schools in their rackets to meet production for the known number of students who are *required* to wear these clothes. “One to four weeks production time plus embroidery”. School starts next week. Weak. And the price for the privilege of uniforms halfway into the first semester is outrageous. Schoolbelles: DO NOT contact me.

Items are overpriced - $85 for two pairs of pants!! Sizes do not correspond to sizes in other clothing stores. Clothing items fit poorly. The space itself is cluttered and outdated. Fitting rooms lack privacy. I hate that the school requires uniforms from this specific store, and double-hate that I can't order online to avoid the store itself because the sizing and got are so off.

My kids school changed their contract for uniforms to this company for school year 2023-2024 when I arrived they had none of the uniforms to purchase. I thought ok is their 1st year with the contract they need to work sine kinks out. NO not the case this company is just unprepared and unprofessional. I went in this school year for school uniforms for my children and again they had nothing in stock. I asked when they would get stock and they said we don't know. But they had plenty for the other schools that they are contracted with same as last year. I asked what is the problem with my kids school and why don't you all ever have anything in stock for their school. Well the warehouse doesn't tell us when we'll get it in stock is what I was told.
