I purchased a Serta mattress from Wayfair that uses RXO to deliver. The experience from start to finish was amazing. The communicated with me both by text and email. It was extremely easy to set up the delivery date with them. When they day came, they were communicating with me and then even provided a phone call 30 minutes before delivering. The 2 men that unloaded it were professional and friendly. Great 5 start experience for me.

First attempt: Was slotted for the 3-7pm window, expecting a call 30 minutes before arrival. THEY NEVER CAME AND THEY NEVER CALLED. I had to speak with a service rep in India to find out that my delivery was being rescheduled to the back of the queue. Mind you, I was awaiting an adjustable bed base, so had cleared out the entire bedroom for setup. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Second attempt: The guys had a very hard time finding the house, but persevered. They showed up in a very battered truck with a ton of duct tape at the top front (oops, hit a bridge?). But they were very nice, polite, and dedicated to providing good service. I have no complaints.

My conclusion is that RXO operates by hiring almost-last-minute freelance delivery trucks, and the system is chaotic at best. Who knows who'll you get or what kind of service you'll receive.

2 gentlemen delivered and setup our big fig bed. Had issue with no power I outlets... ww had just bought it and I didn't check. Husband fixed it quickly by going to the panel. The gentlemen were courteous. helpful kind and insightful knowledgeable and helpful setting up the bed and moving dressers with help. To fit the bed In our room! I cannot express enough how much I already love our new bed!

RXO did not show up for delivery of my new LG Washtower during the 2:30-6:30PM window and that was one week after they received the washtower at their facility. They only deliver one day a week to this area and they initially received it on their delivery day, apparently too late to arrange delivery on that date. At 6:15PM on the scheduled delivery date, I called RXO because I had not received the 30 minute advance delivery call even though I had received notice that the unit was out for delivery. I was told that the delivery was delayed but would still occur that evening. At 7:05PM RXO called to say delivery would occur between 7:15 and 8:15PM that day. Then....nothing! No call, no email, no text. I called the next day to inquire and was told the delivery would occur the following Wednesday. The delivery/installer men arrived during the newly scheduled delivery window and efficiently removed my old washer and dryer and installed the washtower. However, the dryer cord was too short to reach the wall outlet to accommodate the planned location of the washtower. The cord they used was 6 feet long. They advised that I buy an extension cord, which is not recommended and did not offer to install a 10 foot cord, which I have had to order and install myself. Quiet but friendly delivery/installation men, but RXO overall was inefficient and communication with RXO was poor.

Followup: Almost immediately after the above negative review was posted, I was contacted br RXO's "Social Media Resolution Team" who wanted to see how they could improve my experience. While the shorter than needed power cord was provided by LG for the initial installation without clarifying what was really needed, and therefore, RXO was not equipped to install the needed 10' cord, RXO offered to send two men out 3 days after the initial installation and provide a small amount of compensation. After I purchased a 10' cord, RXO installers appeared at the beginning of the scheduled time window and did an excellent job installing the cord, moving the washtower, and rearranging tubing behind the tower.
While the effort to improve my level of satisfaction does not excuse the initial no- show installation appointment, I appreciate the prompt actions that eventually made things right. As a result, I am changing my one star rsti g to 3 stars.

Completely screwed over my family by canceling my delivery of my fridge and stove 2 hours after the delivery window I was given after I took the day off work and missed out on a large commission. Then we were forced to cancel Christmas dinner because of it. They still have yet to reschedule to delivery even though I have called them multiple times to do so. This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to get something delivered. If I could give zero stars I would.

Still don't have my appliances. After multiple emails back and forth with the company I finally HAD a delivery date set for 12/31 but they just canceled that and claim that I will receive it on 1/2.
Next step is a report to the BBB if I don't receive it on the 2nd. This is the 2nd holiday that this poor excuse of a company is screwing my family over on. How do they stay in business? Other businesses need to stop using them.

I ordered a couple of LG TVs and RXO delivered them for me! They gave me an arrival window a few days before delivery, and on delivery day let me know a half hour before they planned to arrive. Both of the gentlemen that delivered the TVs were friendly, cordial, and professional! I’d happily use RXO as a delivery service again.
