I've known Debbie for a few years now and experienced her knowledge and advice first hand. She's helped me recognise and balance the importance of looking after myself and others around me. The advice she has given has had a positive impact on my family life which will stay with me and my family, probably for the rest of our lives. I would highly recommend that you speak with Debbie. My wife Anita met Debbie at her business networking. She has done one of Debbie's mindfulness taster sessions, and wants to do one of the 8 week courses.
They have had quite a few walks together too, and have become good friends.
Debbie is a softly spoken, lovely human, who doesn't judge, and is not easily shocked. Anita feels she can talk about anything with Debbie.
We would highly recommend Debbie to anyone that is struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, irritability, poor sleep, lack of concentration, chronic pain, high blood pressure, as she can really help you to reduce or overcome these issues.

8 week mindfulness course - do it. I went to a taster session about 18 months ago and then left it for over a year before I actually took the course. Debbie knew i was a bit mentally battered and was hugely empathetic. It was her kindness frankly that enabled me to be a bit vulnerable and let her teach me how to make life a happier place. She’s taught me so much - I smile and laugh more readily now and I’ve got tools I can use daily to make life richer and better. A huge thank you and I highly recommend this course to everyone.

I attended Debbie’s mindfulness course a year ago and it has changed my life completely. Before the course I made very little time for self care, I prioritised all the wrong things and sadly I realised didn’t really enjoy being me but when taking the course a lightbulb moment occurred and ever since I have coping mechanisms for stress, for the heartbreaking grief I have experienced since the course, and I don’t feel guilt for taking time to myself. I am less nervous in such situations, I don’t get the pain I previously did associated with with stress and can usually manage pain with meditation rather than medication. I meditate daily, have introduced yoga to my life daily and I am a happier and more smiley person! My outlook on life has changed and it’s now so obvious to me that the reasons I work hard in my daily life are for my family but what good is that if you aren’t the best version of yourself and you are never truly present. I have one regret, that is that I didn’t do it years ago! Thank you Debbie! If you are thinking about whether the course is worth your time, energy or even the very reasonable cost, just go to a free taster session and listen to Debbie’s story. You won’t regret it!
