Placed an online order and picked up my pizza. I didn’t have a reason to open the box and check my food as it was piping hot when I received it. Got home (7min away) and went to feed my daughter and granddaughter only to find my pizza was way UNDERCOOKED and doughy and NASTY. Tried calling over 15 times to be sent to call center who sent me to “kitchen staff” and NO ANSWER😡 Needless to say I had to find something else at 945 at night and I will be at the store expeditiously when they open. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could have left NO stars I would have. People work hard for their money not be mistreated when they spend it 😡😡😡

Waited 2 hours just to get the wrong order and cold as well. 3 different dashes went to pickup my food. Had to call ten times for a refund. Should of looked at the reviews when the website sent me to order at this location.

Do not order from Pizza Hut on 86 street off of Michigan road I received my food and the sauce from the hot wings was all over my pizza all in the bag all over my condiments I asked for a 2 liter I got a 20 oz and the driver said the manager don't care just call him and I called the store for over 2 hours they kept picking up and hanging up I never spoke with anyone but I paid all that money for terrible service never will I ever do it again No Pizza Hut

Good food in my opinion, but god awful service. Did a take out order, I showed up around 20 minutes after ordering and nobody was at the front counter/register. Took nearly 10 minutes before anyone realized they had myself and about 3 or 4 other customers just waiting. Didn't finally get out of there till about 15ish minutes of standing there waiting. Altogether from start to finish 35ish minutes for one whole pizza.

Tried to order on line and site was having trouble. Tried to call a few times and no answer.
I had to go there and looks like only one person working there. Was charged over 100.00 for 4 pizzas and 3 orders of breadsticks. Sitting here looking around and saw a sign that said a large 5 topping pizza or specialty pizza Was 10.00. When I inquired I was told they didn't do that anymore. I asked why the sign and was told because management changed.

Pizza was cold and literally had no sauce on it, food was made saw them put in the warmer and waited another 10 minutes until someone came to the counter and I had to say something. All the food including cheese sauce was cold. $1.50 for cheese sauce and it came cold and small to go container. Highly disappointed in Pizza Hut tried to give them another shot and they permanently lost me as a customer

I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Pizza Hut location, and the most recent visit was no exception. The service is extremely slow, with the drive-thru line wrapped around the building and each car waiting 10-15 minutes before moving. When I finally got my order, the pizza was poorly made—wet and unappetizing—making it a complete waste of time and money.

The staff, including the manager, Nicole, and employee Keenan, seem uninterested in their jobs, and my order has never been correct. The doors are often locked during regular business hours, forcing customers to use the drive-thru. This level of service is unacceptable.

Management and ownership need to take immediate action to improve the staff’s performance, service speed, and food quality before this location closes like so many others. Please address these issues promptly. We’ll continue to bring this to your attention until addressed

So... I ordered ONE pizza. I get a text that the doordasher was pulling up. I look out the window and the doordasher was hit by another car that was pulling out a parking space.

The doordasher throws my pizza on top of his hood. I went outside to get my pizza. The driver gives me someone else order. I tried calling the store, the doordasher and the ordering service. NO HELP, NO RESPONSE, STORE refuse to pick up phone. You charge 5.99 delivery fee, I tip the doordasher $6.18... #Really? The pizza was only $25.39 and then they added all this tax and delivery fees. SMH. $42.00 dollars later....SMH.

I ended up with TWO pizzas..neither was the right order. You do better eating/sitting down instead of depending on delivery. #Messed up.
