I have taken Firth's classes for quite some time now and always find them truly interesting and invigorating. The classes are always varied but all focus on improving our mindfulness practice. The participants are friendly, open and feel very supported by Firth's guidance. I feel like this is a beautiful community to be a part of. I am so happy to have found these classes and look forward to every new session. I heartily recommend these classes and the monthly free meditation is a great way to start and see what it is all about!

I had been told for years I would benefit from mindfulness meditation and Firth's courses and approach came highly recommended. The introductory sessions I took with Firth were wonderful. She created an inviting, safe space to explore and experience the practice of meditation with her students. These sessions have me wanting to work towards incorporating mindfulness and meditation into my life to improve my ability to truly be present with others. What a gift! Thank you Firth.

I’ve always been curious about meditation and the benefits it could have on my life. I took the beginners course and gained so much knowledge and community through Firth’s guidance! I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking to build their toolbox, get exposed to different types of meditations and have accountability. I’d definitely take this course again and plan to attend more of Firth’s sessions!

I was struggling to find a comfortable balance in life. I booked a coaching session with Firth to focus on my goals. I really like her calm, non-judgemental voice. Within the hour session I had already improved my focus by two levels just by verbalizing out loud what it was that I needed to change. I am thankful for Firth’s guidance and prompts. I will be making Firth’s coaching and mindfulness sessions part of mental health check in. Thanks Firth🙂

I love these classes! Firth makes the practice of mindfulness and meditation accessible and I love the supportive vibe of each group. A comfortable space to learn and to explore those habits and thought patterns that cause us to suffer. An important piece of my self care. I highly recommend!

Led by facilitator Firth MacMillan, Pie mindfulness is a wonderful way of exploring and discovering oneself by participating through listening and sharing in small group settings and sometimes writing or journaling. The courses are very fairly priced. They are focused and yet Firth creates a broad acceptance in every session. From the beginning, as a new participant, I felt a trust within the group, engendered by Firth and supported by all participants, that judgement is suspended and acceptance and compassion are first and foremost.
