My husband and I had a delightful experience at Paris Banh Mi Altamonte Springs, a Vietnamese bakery and sandwich shop. We ordered the Vegetarian Baguette Sandwich and paired it with an Iced Coffee with Coffee Jelly—everything was absolutely delicious! The baguette was fresh and perfectly crisp, with a flavorful filling, while the iced coffee was refreshing and balanced, complementing the savory taste of the sandwich perfectly.

The staff greeted us warmly, and we had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, affectionately called "Uncle" by his team. Uncle shared that this was his first venture in the restaurant business after a successful career as a film director. He explained that his three core values for the bakery—cleanliness, quality, and friendliness—guide everything his team does. His warm, approachable demeanor and infectious smile made us feel like family, and it was clear he genuinely cares about creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks in.

We told Uncle he would do exceptionally well in the DMV Metropolitan area, and we are confident his hospitality and passion for excellence will ensure his success. We highly recommend this gem to our Florida family and can’t wait to visit again when we’re back in town!

Presentation was great
Ordered to go. Was not happy with portion size of sliced cheesecake. We ordered three and each one is a different size for $8.00. We are happy with portions of the key West and mango pudding/moose cups. The donut was baked perfect with rich cream.

I love Paris Banh Mi!!! The baked goods are fresh and delicious. My daughter loves the Strawberry Milk and The Butterfly Tea! I discovered this place while attending a K-pop event about a year ago, however everything is so delicious, I visit often with my daughter. Tonight we tried the Potato Mozzarella Korean Corn dogs and they did not disappoint!!! Crunchy on the outside and the gooey cheese pull is insane. I recommend this place to all my friends!!! Plus, the staff is super friendly!!!

Went here for a sister date after finding this restaurant on TikTok! The environment was very nice; it smells good, the service was great (the owner took time to explain all of the food options we weren’t sure about), and the drinks and food were delicious😋 I am a college student, so the menu was a bit pricey for me. It unfortunately limited my selections.

Great value for the price. Ate the pastries before I even got a picture! Lol but it was a dark chocolate sea shell and a mango pastry. Everything we tried I would eat again but my top favorite was the combination bahn mi and the pate chaud. Delicious! Will be back.

Update to add: have been back about 8 times this year. Love this place because it is consistently awesome every single time. Great value for the products. Highly recommend!

If you love Bona drinks and dessert, you will love this place. I usually order the iced coffee, it is strong but still so yummy. There are so many options to choose from sweet to savory. I feel like everyone has to try the hotdog with the fried potatoes on it. They have such a huge display of sweet treats. You can always try something new each time you are there.

Love the ambiance of this place. Chic and perfect spot for cute insta pictures.
They have a good selection of pastries, Boba tea and even sandwiches.
The service is a bit slow, but the staff was pretty helpful to recommend options for me, as I am vegetarian.

Donuts are ok, the ice tea 🫖 was good, but service was awful as you need to wait for your coffee like 20-min as per they stating they only had one coffee machine, but the people behind all of us got their coffee faster 😖- not for me, not retuning.
