I had an incredible experience with Optimal Living Education & Retreats, LLC, led by the amazing Versandra. I thoroughly enjoyed her stretch sessions, massage, and yoga class. Each session was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. As a couple, my husband and I particularly loved her Art of Touch class, which helped us connect on a new level. I've got several medical issues and was having some severe pain my right side and mainly my right hip. I've always been skeptical and I never like people touching me as far as massages go. Let me tell you I called this young lady on Labor Day nevertheless Without hesitation she met me and stretched me out and make me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep. Now a True Believer.
