Such insightful meditations! Both in group in person and through their daily meditations on the app and emails. Can't say enough positive things about Matt and Elizabeth, they are well experienced and continue to further their knowledge too. I just feel lucky to have found One Mind Dharma! A great community to be a part of.

I'm a longtime meditator (15 years) and have been part of many groups. i've been meditating with this group for several months and i can honestly say that my meditation practice has never felt as strong or as supported as it's been now with this group. I am very thankful for this group and plan to continue to participate as long as i can... Matt and Elizabeth are EXCELLENT meditation teachers with solid training in both classical and modern teachings... also, they are very down to earth and have great sense of humors... check it out!

One Mind Dharma is now located in Mexico and online. Mindful Petaluma has grown out of the seeds planted by OMD. The Center offers Sound Healings, Celtic meditation, and other mindful classes with a variety of teachers. It is a lovely, Zen like space with a peaceful, compassionate, intelligent following.

Signed up numerous times for daily meditations and received maybe 1 or 2.
I have had the app for quite some time and there are hardly any new meditations. I really like one mind dharma and tried to support it back when your site and app were down. Seem like your coming back strong.

I love these people. I live on the other side of the country but I participate in their on line community and I purchased my precious mala from them some time ago. I know it cost less than the price to make it. That's not what they are about. They fixed it when I broke it and paid for all the shipping to do that. They tracked me down after we lost contact to make sure I got it back. They seem to just want to connect. And spread the word. So yeah. Good. Honest. Loving poeople.
