I have thoroughly enjoyed my recent sessions with Rachel. I have left the sessions feeling relaxed, strong and positive. Rachels sessions and her have really helped me with work and emotional tension. I would highly recommend Mindfulism and i particular sessions with Rachel.

I love the regular emails I receive from Mindful People Community and can't wait to attend their Yoga class. I've been unable as something has come up every time the last few weeks I've wanted to attend with my friend so please hang in there and give me another chance to book for the yoga! I was initially hesitant to join classes on Zoom, worried it would be awkward or embarrassing and whether meditation could work online... but I can honestly say it’s one the best decisions I’ve ever made!
Rachele makes you feel so welcome and at ease and the meditations are engaging, enlightening and relaxing, with no pressure whatsoever.
It’s been a difficult year, but the sessions with Mindfulism are the highlight of my week and have been invaluable to me. Thank you Rachele for your expertise, professionalism and providing these wonderful classes.

I would highly recommend the 8 week MBSR course with Rachele Smith.
I have just completed the course and found it very insightful and helpful in gaining more mindfulness in my life. Rachele was a great teacher, very kind and compassionate and flexible! I learned a lot from her.

My first mindful walk with Rachele, thank you. I loved sharing time, personal experience and silence with a group of people I just met! Might sound strange but I didn’t know anyone but also felt I did. R welcomed, guided, gave instruction, gave time for questions and sharing, I had a lovely, safe reflective time. I absolutely recommend you to try an event, if possible, its an hour or so in the beautiful (& sometimes very windy) landscape of Countess Country Park.

I feel I was taking good care of me, a strange concept. Till next time ?

Monthly mindfulism has enabled me to develop a deeper and more helpful understanding of mindfulness through meditation and movement practices which can be used in daily life. Rachelle is an amazing teacher. I would recommend her sessions.
