I started about a month ago and I got hooked. I've never considered how yoga can be so fulfilling. My yoga teacher is Amy and she always greets the students with the biggest smile and is radiant with positivity. The class is inexpensive and I always leave feeling happy and balanced. I highly recommend this studio.

There is something special about the team at Mindful Ways. I have been on a journey to healing for a long while now. When I found Basia and Mindful Ways to Wellness it was at a time where I needed change more desperately than ever. I was sick and anxious and malnourished and depressed.

I attended a Tibetan bowl meditation and fell in love with the way the vibrations made me feel. Finally I could tap into that “space” that openness in my mind.
I felt rejuvenated after that one hour laying on the ground, supported by props, comfortable and at peace in my own body for the first time in ages.
I was so blown away.
Since then I have been trying other services offered at the center. There are a lot!! Each different service has its own unique healing benefits.
I have begun to heal my body with nutrition, yoga and meditation and my mind, through the 8 week MBSR course offered here.

I am so grateful to Basia and this place for giving me hope and bringing me back into my own self- a place I had left for dead. I am feeling so much better!

I'm a nutrition client and regular participant in yoga and meditation classes here at MW2W. The nutrition education I received here was incredible and changed my life. I have had some fantastic experiences here during classes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and really welcoming and encouraging. I've attended some workshops here as well and they have all been excellent. I would highly recommend!

I came to Mindful Ways to Wellness about two months ago, somewhat reluctantly, as I have chronic pain issues that have prevented me from doing many things. However, during my first yoga class on a Monday night, I realized I was actually capable of movement and I began to feel lighter and more at peace with myself. The Yoga wasn't what you might say a heavy workout , but I certainly felt as though I had accomplished a lot in that one hour alone. I felt more limber and my pain level was definitely reduced by the end of the class. After the yoga, there was a Tibetan Bowl Meditation, which was amazing. It involved a short period of relaxation and meditation and then we were all " tucked in" for the Tibetan Bowls Mefitation. I'm not quite sure what is involved or even precisely how it works but the instructor , Basia, " plays" the bowls eliciting a different vibrational sound from each of the many bowls. This creates a deep meditative state where some people actually fall asleep, while others are so relaxed as to have significant changes occur, and certainly a most enjoyable and deep relaxation. During and after this experience, I was probably more relaxed than I had been in a very long time- it was magical. I came back on Wednesday for the restorative yoga which also allowed for gentle, mindful movement coupled with a meditative relaxation portion- fantastic! I was so hooked that I decided to try Beginner Hatha Yoga on Friday and was so surprised that I could actually do the poses without any significant pain!Following these classes, people immediately started telling me that I seemed more peaceful and less scattered - and I felt that way too! I am now a regular there and enjoy all three yoga classes as well as the Tibetan Bowl Mefitation. In addition to
the yoga and meditation, Basia offers nutritional workshops and private counseling , as well as life coaching. She is a most caring person who brings herbmany resources in an effort to help all that come through the door. As your first class is only $5, it's so worth giving it a try!

Therapy has a way of opening your eyes to situations you didn’t know where right in front of you. It has a way of revealing a new perspective. It’s uncomfortable. It’s hard. But, it’s definitely worth it if you want to grow, learn, and be the best version of yourself. And that’s what Basia did for me during our 1:1’s. She was kind and supportive, yet pushed me when I needed to be pushed. She gently guided me through insight and revelation, and showed me connections that I would have never pieced together without her. I’m eternally grateful for the key insights I took away during the sessions.

I had a healing Tibetan bowl session with Basia and it was AMAZING!!! I have such a anxious mind and it just totally calmed me and made me feel soo much better it was crazy. I highly reconsider a session 5 stars for sure! And I've greatly benefited from my nutritional sessions with her and life coaching sessions! I look foroward my sessions they are the best!

I really enjoy Basia's yoga classes! I'm not too flexible, so her beginner classes are great for me. I get a great stretch and relaxation every time.
