Dr. Becky Upchurch is highly knowledgeable in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has advance techniques in treating musculoskeletal pain. I went to Mindful Spirit Acupuncture for acute neck pain. It was extremely painful for me to turn my neck. By the end of the session, I was able to move my neck pain free.

Prior to this, I tried stretching, pain cream, ibuprofen and massage. It helped a little but the pain always came back. Dr. Becky was able to keep the pain from coming back. When I have another issue, I will definitely return.
