The worst place to go if you need help with your mental health, inefficient and rude staff, they don’t understand what you’re dealing with, they just want to make profit out of you. They canceled my appointment for arriving 2 minutes late being a regular patient (but should be determined as customer, because they just sees you as a pocket to pick) they don’t wanted to help you to get better, how can they be called professionals if they left a mental patient without attention knowing what can that leads to. If you or a loved one is seeking for attention, avoid this place at all costs, they won’t help you. And believe me, when mental health is needed, you can’t allow thefts as they play with your mind.

Unprofessional staff - Waiting for an appointment since August 2019 to visit the office at Moss Park, Orlando and then the day of the appointment December 17th, 2019, I was informed that my insurance was not accepted at the office. Clearly spoke thru phone conversation with representatives back then, they took my account number and confirmed that the medical insurance was accepted. Don't waste your time, or be absent from work and look for better offices with true professionals. I would love to rate it with no stars, but 1 star is the minimum allowed

I made an appt for my daughter a month ago, I gave them my insurance info during scheduling and 2 days before my daughter's appt they called me to cancel. I received a voicemail at 4:55 two days before her appt stating that they are not in network with my insurance. I call back and talk with someone in scheduling to ask them why they didn't tell me this when I made the appt and all I got was excuses. I called my insurance twice to verify that they are indeed in network and my insurance told me that yes they are in network but the office still says they aren't. I understand if they don't take my insurance (even though my insurance claims that they do) I just would have appreciated them telling me more than 2 days before the appt that I took off work to attend. Now I'm left to try to find another provider who will most likely not have availability in 2 days. Extremely poor customer service.

This facility told me they do not take insurance. In the Kissimmee office, The doctors were good, but in my 4 visits, I saw a different doctor each time. The doctors don’t stay long. As of Jan 2019, if you are 2 mins late you have to reschedule. If you need a doctors note, it cost $45.00. The front desk staff are not the friendliest. This is not good for the mentally ill. Find a place that treats you well

This locations is way better than Kissimmee, started amazing but now you can’t contact them for appointments or questions, it’s a nightmare.
My daughter next appointment is in 2 months.
We waited 2 months for an appointment. She had 3 sessions, and now wait for 2 months/
Thant is not professional at all.
And the answer from the sweet staff is “I understand, I’m sorry”
How on earth you are going to have a kid seeing a psychology in that crazy schedule.
Don’t waist your time go to some place else.

I scheduled my first appointment back in June of 2019 for their first available which was in September. In the beginning of September, I was informed that the counselor was no longer available, and wouldn’t be until December. So they rescheduled me for another counselor for mid October. They called me to cancel again today, Sept 20th, said they could reschedule me for November! This place ought to be ashamed of themselves considering their cause.

My children are seen at this office. There have been no issues. The staff is friendly and they help to accommodate my kid's school schedules when possible. I love how Orville Murray is personable and very relatable to not only my children but to me as a parent of children who are not nuerotypical.

If you’re a patient of the VA I’d probably advise against going here. I will say that the doctor was amazing but the staff here, specifically the one person who deals with VA patients, is just all over the place. I called to get attendance form that stated I went to an appt (for travel reimbursement) but was told I could only speak with her but then she only works until noon which means a longer turnaround for simple tasks. She also doesn’t seem very knowledgeable about most of the processes we have spoken about but then has an attitude if you question it. For any controlled substance medication you also have to submit a paper rX EVERY month to the pharmacy but if you lose it, it requires a police report. That’s not something they control, so I won’t hold it against them but I’m over the extra hassle and the lack of customer service. I get the low reviews now.
