My wife and I stumbled upon this hidden gem while getting some pay to repair. When I tell you everything was fresh. Cleanest Bathrooms I’ve seen in Dallas. They have portable food heaters that keep the food hot and fresh even when it is on the table. The manager Marina she is Awesome!!!

The only good thing about this place are the gorditas and tacos , On Mother's Day my mother had gorditas , my father had caldo de res which the meat was hard and too dark and I ordered menudo which it could of use a bit more flavor and the queso was ummm ok and basically we were being rush out our waitress was cleaning our table and took our drink cups , This place ca be really good but needs a bit more of attention in flavor

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience my colleagues and I had at your establishment during our lunch break today.

As regular customers who frequent your restaurant once a week, we were deeply disappointed by the quality of service and the discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received. Despite placing an order for 2 quesadilla birrias and enchiladas, and specifically requesting extra salsa and crema, we were dismayed to find that only one of each item was provided, even after paying an additional fee. We were further surprised to be charged an extra $10 for a couple more servings of salsa and crema, which we believe should have been included with each order as standard practice.

Moreover, the red enchilada plate we ordered was not prepared according to the menu description. Instead of being served with cheese and onions inside, as advertised, we received fried tortillas rolled up. This inconsistency in the preparation of our meal was disappointing and did not meet our expectations based on previous visits.

Additionally, our dissatisfaction was compounded by the presence of a young lady whispering in the cashier’s ear, attempting to correct prices, which only added to the confusion and frustration of the situation.

This restaurant is a true gem! Their green posole is incredible—rich, flavorful, and packed with tender pork and perfectly cooked and SOFT hominy. It’s the best I’ve ever had. The quesabirria are crispy, cheesy, and filled with flavor, paired with consome that’s unforgettable. Great warm chips and salsa. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the service is fantastic. If you’re craving authentic Mexican flavors, this is the place to go. Five stars!

Folks are right about the pozole. I got the pozole verde and it was great! My wife got elotes and really enjoyed them, and she got huaraches with barbacoa and that was good. We finished the meal with a fried icecream, which was really bad. Chewy coating, really hard and flavorless vanilla ice cream. The decor is ok, but the damaged ceiling tiles everywhere tell the story of severe water damage to the building. They had one server who was also cleaning and paid little attention to our table. Everyone we talked with was nice though. My leftover pozole was still great the next day, so despite the downsides this place is still worth a revisit, at least for takeout.
