I had a good experience here today. This restaurant offers a wide variety of items. The food tasted great. The service was great. The server was attentive and friendly. Plus, my food came out quickly.
They also had a football game in the background to watch.
I love that this restaurant offers a daily lunch special on Sundays, which made my decision on what to order easier. Most restaurants don't do that.
Overall, this is a great place to visit.

Not good at all. The queso was tasteless, not sure what the big clump that wouldn't melt in the middle. the chillie rellono was terrible, the Spanish rice was overcooked and tasted like water. tostada was burnt, but the lettuce was great. we had a burrito, but I couldn't tell you anything positive about it either. I am not impressed with this restaurant at all for as much as it was recommended. I am definitely disappointed.

¡Ándale, ándale, arriba! Let me tell you, amigos, Mi Ranchito in American Fork is más rápido and más delicioso than you can imagine! I ran in, and before I could even say "¡Hola!", I was hit with the smell of the best Mexican food this side of the border. ¡Ay caramba!

First off, the chips and salsa came out faster than me on my best day! The chips were so crispy, they crunched faster than my feet on the ground, and the salsa? Spicy enough to give you a little zip but not too hot, so you won’t need to run to the water like my cousin.

Now, let’s talk about the food. I ordered the enchiladas, the tacos, and, of course, the carne asada—all of it came out in a flash! The enchiladas were so cheesy and saucy, I almost slowed down just to enjoy every bite. The tacos? ¡Ay, ay, ay! They were packed with flavor, and the carne asada? It was so tender, I thought it might run off the plate, but no one’s faster than me, so I caught it!

And the portions, amigos—¡gigante! Even I couldn’t finish it all. I had to take some home, but no problema, it just means more for later when I’m zooming around and need a snack.

So, if you’re in American Fork and want food that’s fast and flavorful, you’ve gotta get to Mi Ranchito.

They have a food truck! It’s fantastic! The food is amazing, great selections and generous portions. The service is equally fantastic. I highly recommend and will use them again! They made our event seamless.

I love Mi Ranchito! But I do wish the rice had a bit more flavor (it would look less plain too), I wish the refried beans were a little thicker (they seem a tiny bit watery), and that the chicken had some more seasoning too. But I love the sauce. The fried ice cream is always so yummy and the presentation of the food is great. The staff is friendly and was very helpful and checked in with us often. The atmosphere is fun and colorful! Such a great place to go as a group. What would make it better would be the lighting. A little less fluorescent and more dim would be nice aesthetically. But the food is yummy and the experience is always fun!

Classic Mexican sit down restaurant. My table enjoyed our entrees but it did seem a little expensive. $13 for a bean and cheese burrito. Wouldn’t recommend the fried ice cream and it wasn’t our favorite. The beans deserve a chefs kiss though very tasty.

Service, excellent Alejandro did great!
Checked on me multiple times very kind and attentive.
Food not the best, could use more flavor but the textures are all good I got an enchilada and Chile reyeno, to much cheese on the plate it was everywhere a little less cheese would be better. Rice was good beans needed something, the salsa they bring to the table needs more spicy but it was good and the chips were stale. The horchata was actually good I was surprised it wasn’t super extremely sweet like they serve it everywhere else. Also love the crunchy ice you guys use. Place looks well kept and clean. Overall I feel like the food just needs a bit more flavor and love. 🙂

The service is great! Five stars all around. My husband got a beef enchilada and beef burrito. The beef is shredded and not ground which is very pleasant and yummy. The carne asada burrito was great as well. It’s not as flavorful as some I’ve had but still good! Yummy beans as well!
