Always fantastic. We have been going here with the kids for a while and the food and service is always great. Francisco does a great job of coming by and checking on all the tables and making us feel connected to such a warm restaurant. I’m always surprised how fast the food comes out and have never left disappointed.

Everything about this place is incredible. The staff, food, the environment. The salsa is AMAZING. All the food I have had here so far never gave me and problems and everything is nothing lacking in flavor.

I ordered the beef fajitas and they tasted like the beef had gone bad and I wanted to order something different. The waiter told me because I ate A little bit of them before I sent them back that I need to pay 50% of the dish which was like Half of $23.00 which I thought was very tacky and unprofessional to ask me to do that. The owner also wanted me to pay 50% of the dish. I have never had that happen anywhere.
My table felt very sticky and dirty and The lights were so dim you could hardly even see your food. I had to use my iPhone, flashlight to see the food and the menu. That’s how dark it was in there. I ended up paying my bill and did not order anything else and left!!
I do not recommend you going to this restaurant at all. It was very dirty.
They just lost a customer and many other people that I’m going to tell about my experience. Most restaurants will take back something and not charge you for 50% of it. . Not this restaurant tacky tacky tacky!!!!!

Service/server was fine. He said their tamales are frozen so they aren’t that good. The chips were super stale. The salsa was ridiculous. It was just unseasoned tomato sauce (canned) with some chopped onions. It was NOT salsa. Then came the carne asada which we both got. It looked anemic - it had no carmelized/searing and appeared poached instead of grilled. It basically had no seasoning in it at all. The cut was not carne asada skirt. It appeared to be a thinly sliced piece of steak. Rice and beans were good. We are from the Pacific Northwest and get a lot of genuine authentic Mexican food all over the place there. Unfortunately this place is just not recommendable.

Highly disappointing... I took my daughter and a friend the other day (we usually go to the university location, but this one was closer to where we were).
Let's go through what was good:
1. Got seated quickly (actually, we got told to pick a table)
2. Food was decent (not as good as the other location)
3. It was pretty quiet, and we could enjoy conversation

That's all for the good...now, on to the bad:
1. Service was extremely slow-- the waiter literally took 20 minutes to even take our orders, despite us having closed menus, and showing signs we were ready
2. Every single one of us was missing a part of our order: I ordered 2 enchilada Rojas, received only 1; my daughter did not receive the taquito she ordered; her friend only ordered a side of rice and beans -- got no beans (she just shared my daughter's).
In the end, my missing enchilada wasn't a big deal, as I was actually full without it. My daughter had to ask (again) for her taquito, which cost me over $4 (I thought it was included in the 2 or 3 item options, so should have just been $1 more, but I could be mistaken, and at this point, I was just ready to pay and leave). My mother supported my brother and me as a single parent on a server's salary, so I understand the importance of tips. However, when service is so pathetic (and I will not fault the server if the kitchen makes a mistake) that every person's order is incomplete, yes, I do hold the server accountable...(We did not even get a simple apology). On a $67 bill, as this was, I rarely tip less than $15, assuming the service was decent...and closer to $20 if it's above...this waiter hardly earned his 10% tip...
In the future, we will gladly go out of our way to go to the university location...
