I came for my mobile service, no one is at the service centre, receptionist saying service person not available. Asking me to come tomorrow. I came to the centre at 3:40 pm.

They don't bother about customers.

I had the most frustrating and disappointing experience at the MI Service Center. When I initially dropped off my phone for repair, they assured me that it would be fixed in 4-5 days. However, it ended up taking over 15 days, with no clear communication or updates from their side.

On top of that, when I first handed over my mobile, they identified one issue and ordered a part for it. Today, when I went to check the status, they casually informed me about another issue, which should have been identified on the first day itself! It shows their lack of responsibility and poor diagnostic skills.

They don’t seem to care about customers or timely service. Overall, this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this service center to anyone. If you value your time and want a smooth service experience, avoid this place at all costs!
