We have the habit of always looking for Honduran food every time we go out. The food doesn't taste good here even the egg. Before I didn’t check the receipt in detail, at the same time that I pay I check it and ready to leave my tip I see that I have already charged 6%, do I tell the cashier is my own tip already included in the bill? Yes, she said… ok I said and so I didn’t leave my tip which was more or less what I was thinking of giving her. And I check it carefully since I left a double tip somewhere else because they had already charged me for it and I had already given it to the waitress, obviously I couldn’t take it away from her. And I start to think if the waitress doesn’t give good service, how does the restaurant start charging a certain percentage to give to the waitress? Many of us know how to recognize the work of the waiters, but we must also keep in mind that it is not an obligation, it is simply out of courtesy for the good service provided and that includes many things. What the restaurant should do is pay its employees better per hour so that they are motivated, because they do not only live off tips, they live off the salary that the restaurant pays them, so the restaurant is not going to come and demand tips on the bill from customers, how to get into the good habit of leaving a tip when the restaurant is not doing well. Tipping is voluntary, not obligatory. Another thing is if you serve coffee, if the waitress did not ask if there was milk and sugar inside, nor did the customer tell her, you should not assume that the customer wants everything inside, everyone knows how they want it prepared, with the amount of milk that they put in, the coffee was not hot. Even fast food restaurants know this, and this is not a fast food restaurant. You have to improve good service, small things make a big difference.

I was disappointed to discover hidden extra plate and cup fees that were not transparently communicated prior to my visit.
As a customer, I believe it is essential to be fully informed of all potential charges and fees before making the decision to dine at a restaurant. Providing clear information about menu items and associated costs allows individuals to make informed choices about where they wish to enjoy their meals.
In addition, it came to my attention that gratuity is charged as a service charge at your restaurant. While I understand the importance of compensating service staff, the lack of transparency regarding this practice can lead to confusion and dissatisfaction among patrons.
I urge you to reevaluate your approach to menu and fee transparency to enhance the overall dining experience for your customers. By giving individuals the option to know and understand all associated costs upfront, you can foster trust and loyalty within your customer base.
