I went around lunch time, it was quiet but nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and food came in no time after ordering it. Loaded chips and chicken sandwich for me and my child. Both enjoyed it👍🏻

Went for a quick Chaii and dessert. Shop was very quiet on a Saturday night. Ordered the brownie with ice cream and it was a worst brownie I have ever tried. Was like a stale cake. Sent it back and changed it for the Churros. There were passable at the best. Bit disappointed with the food but the Chaii was ok. It wasn’t pipping hot unlike some of the other branches.

We only ordered tea, the karak chai was good, it was served in plastic cups! Should have been served differently as we sat in. The customer service could have been better, no warm welcome upon entering and they just rushed through our order and got us out even though there was no queue.

Really nice, chilled eating environment. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The place is kept spotless (floors, tables, chairs etc...) . It felt very welcoming

I ordered the full English breakfast with karak chai (I would recommend this). Absolutely loved it, everything was made just right, apart from the beans which arrived cold. This didn't put me off too much as I don't mind my beans being cold. Others may have complained. The sausages were spicy and sweet. I haven't had sausages as nice , highly recommend.

Service was reasonably quick. And pricing is very reasonable too.

I will definitely be back.

Food was good - chilli cheese toast, samosa chat, masala chips. Kashmiri chai was a little too sweet and nimbu pani was average.

Ordered chicken biriyani and butter chicken combo, both tasted good. The biriyani portion wasn't sufficient though. Went to eat in and the food was ready in few minutes. Ambience was decent too.

The service time was reasonable. The food seemed fresh and tasted good - the chana was a little too spicy but I don't know if this could be adjusted when ordering because it hasn't been too spicy previously.

There is on-street parking but it's a busy road with lots of places to eat and clothes shops so finding a space could be hit and miss.

Overall, the deco and atmosphere is nice, the service was good today and the food was good. I would recommend it for a quick bite and karak chai.
