Ordered to-go here this evening. My first time visiting the place. The online ordering options were a little weird so I was hoping I’d get the right side item. I was greeted by two friendly young ladies. They got my food from the back quickly and made pleasant conversation. The restaurant was pretty full. Good atmosphere. The decor was nice. Food tasted great and was packed good for the trip home. I ordered shrimp tacos and my husband got a burger. Portions were good for the money. I’ll definitely be back.

La comida espectacular, nada que decir.
El servicio del mesero al final fue deshonesto. Pedimos inicialmente 2 steaks a la ranchera y 1 carne a la Tampiquena. Salió el mesero y dijo que SOLO quedaba 1, y pues dijimos no hay problema, danos 1 steak y 2 carnes... total que el steak nunca llegó y nos dieron 3 carnes a la Tampiquena.

Aquí es donde el mesero fue deshonesto porque nos cobró 1 steak de $29.99 y 2 carnes de $23.99 y AUNQUE le hice la pregunta con el recibo en la mano me dijo, y cito "que no, que eran lo mismo, que me estaba saliendo más barato" y yo miré a mi esposo y puse cara de no me está gustando esto y pues mi esposo eligió el camino de la paz y no el de mi justicia. Desafortunadamente, mi esposo ya había pagado cuando me di cuenta y por eso prefirió que nos fuéramos sin decir nada.

Esto es para ti mesero, mi esposo y yo con mucho gusto les dejamos propina por el servicio, pero que me dijeras mentiras acerca del precio aún yo sabiendo la verdad, es molesto porque me dejé robar 6 dólares. Y no son los 6 dólares es el MAL gesto de tu parte.
Que por cierto, estaba una PINK LEMONADE que TAMPOCO llegó a la mesa pero sí aparece en el recibo... esa bebida sí la quitó porque me di cuenta a tiempo. L

Wow, the service here was fantastic. Food was super fresh and the guacamole ? was best ever. My parents really enjoyed the great drinks and delicious authentic style Mexican ? food! I am so glad to see the chef was presenting full servings of fajitas prepared to perfection. Please stop by and patronize this really nice restaurant. Tell them I sent you!

My friend took me here for the first time and I'm really glad he did! This place was terrific. I love the artwork on the walls and the overall decor. Very clean restrooms. This is a good case of not judging a book by its cover. The entrance is in a shopping center so there's not much they can do, but step inside and relax and have a wonderful meal. Our server, Jose, was amazing. He took all four of our orders and never wrote anything down. Everything came to our table exactly as we ordered! Our meals were very delicious. I had planned to take part of mine in a to-go box but it was so good I just kept on eating and realized I finished it. Definitely going back.

My husband and I randomly saw this restaurant and decided to try it out. & we are glad we did.
Inside was very clean, decorated beautifully and music was great and at a good volume.
Food was delicious and fresh.
Their limited time dessert was a pineapple cheesecake and it was outstanding and I hope the make it a permanent menu item!
If they sold it as whole pie I would buy it.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is great. I love all the lively colors and the scenes of Mexico.

I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were good. Could have been better but being so far from Mexico I have no complaints. (I have lived in Texas, AZ and CO, as well as spending my fair share of time in NM and old Mexico.)

The wait staff was ready to fill my Coke whenever the cup runneth low, as well.

Really, no complaints. May even return here before I head back to Colorado.

Edit/Update:

Came back in for one more meal before I head back to Colorado. Ordered the lunch time chimichanga because the waitress said the chili con queso was great.

I am underwhelmed by this selection, and had this been my first experience here, it might have also been my last.

Also, there was an unbussed table next to me when I arrived and a half hour later it was still not bussed.

The restaurant is decorated in what I can only describe as an extremely Mexican theme, with vibrant colors and carved details on many pieces of the furniture. I was there with a party of four and everyone absolutely loved the food, including me. The service was excellent. It was a wonderful lunch experience.

Wonderful story of a family owned restaurant. Food was great, clean and friendly staff.
Food was served fast and tasty. Good salsa and chips.
