My brother gifted me a certificate for a month of unlimited virtual meditations and so far it’s the best gift I could’ve ever received. This type of meditation has been different than any I’ve ever done. I used to fight my mind to be present and to think “positive” thoughts but with this mind cleansing meditation the negative thoughts don’t come up anymore. Good place to start. The group here focus on getting your input on meditation knowledge and background as far as personal experience. Then they give a more simple yet deeper understanding of what meditation is for. Method is very simple, clear, concise, and doesn't require lots of adjustments. Just a consistent habit of showing up to appointments has made a difference in my life.

My experience at the Meditation town has been excellent. From the start they have been clear and informative on what to expect from this meditation practice. Ever since I started meditating with them, I feel like tension has been lifted off me and more in particular from my face. Additionally, I feel like I’m becoming my true self.
The coaches there are nice and accommodating with my busy schedule which allows to meditate any time I choose. I will continue to meditate with them because I get a lot in return.
