We stopped here to see if we can find a dress for my sister's upcoming (August) wedding. We were met with great customer service and it was nice being able to sit and have a real "bridal" experience with a nice stage and everything.
They do charge a $80 fee to try on more than one dress, however I think that all of the employees here were very kind and clear with expectations and how they handle prices, shipping, and alterations. They also style all of these jeweled bouquets themselves and they are just so talented.

It was really awesome to be able to come in and see all of those beautiful dresses. Then the other things that they had for Quiniera
and other such things were amazing. The presents for the person to give her , things that she she has her like chests and the teddy bears and the wine glasses.

Then to watch people try on the dresses was almost like an immediate sale. They just looked so beautiful in them. That was one of the best parts of the whole thing. Being able to try on a few dresses. Well not me but my daughter. Lol.8

If you’re shopping for a Quince or prom dress or actually any dress for a special occasion this is definitely your store. They are so kinda and helpful. They have so many beautiful dresses to choose from. It was definitely hard to pick one. I definitely recommend this store. We are so happy we went here and purchased my daughters Quince Dress.
She got so many compliments. We went to other stores and they were so overpriced and pushy. I’m so happy I found this place. I will definitely be going to be purchasing from here again. Thank you, Lucy Franco!!

This has been our second visit to the shop, the staff has made us feel like family everytime. The quality of the dress is fantastic, our quinceañera walked all around Disneyland and the dress held up without any issues. We are sure to come back.

I absolutely loved this place!!!!!! My husband, niece n daughter came to Lucy Franco after not having ANY lucky in Idaho finding a dress, they were AMAZING Blanca n her assistant ( she’s in one of our pics) were AMAZING( I know repetitive ..sorry) but they know their stuff. Without batting an eye I would point to dresses and asked if I can get that within a three month span in pink and most of them since it is her shop she knew right off the bat when and what colors she could get them in. And if she didn’t she was texting n calling her suppliers for info. I’m writing this because I felt bad we did not find a dress in her shop but boy I would’ve happily giving her my money if we found what my daughter was looking for 😔. But I did promise my husband and my daughter that I would write this recommendation because it was the perfect place.And she had no problem letting my daughter try on dresses. Here are some of the dresses that she tried on.Thank you!!!! I hope my honest and truthful review makes you even more sought out!!!!!!!
