Learning Vedic meditation with Jillian and Michael has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself (if not the best). I feel more grounded and present with a deep seated sense of happiness a lot of the time. I handle stress better, am more resilient and adaptable and in tune with my intuition. Jillian, Michael and Emma are wonderful, generous, kind and caring people. The ‘aftercare’ and group meditations are a brilliant way to stay in touch, feel supported and connected with community. I would wholeheartedly recommend learning Vedic meditation to anyone!

What a wonderful weekend and course. Michael and Jillian walked us through meditation clearly, slowly and in such great detail that ensured no stone was left unturned. Such a brilliant and effective way to learn meditation and in such a warm and welcoming setting. I'm certainly seeing the roots starting to build and it can only get better from here on out. I’d been looking at different types of meditation for many years but none of them hit the spot.
That’s until I found the London Meditation Centre a few years ago.
The founders are a beautiful couple, Jillian and Michael.
After listening to an introductory talk, which resonated, I decided to enrol on a course with Michael - to learn how to meditate properly.
It’s one of my best life decisions.
I love my twice daily practice.
It anchors and nourishes my soul.
I feel truly blessed to have found it 🙏🏼❤️

I really enjoy practicing Vedic meditation. Like everyone else I was reluctant at the beginning finding excuses that I don’t have time for practicing but once I started I found it easier to do it daily.
There is lots of support along the way from my teachers, Jillian and Michael but also I can see the benefits of meditation which it determines me to carry on.
I feel more confident and I started sleeping better. I feel calmer and I am able to control myself better. The benefits of meditation are incommensurable and there are thousands of studies and books written about it. I found the process of learning quite easy and I would recommend it to anyone.

Learning to meditate has changed my life as it has had a profound effect on how I view relationships with others and how I handle conflict.
The learning process is in depth but not overwhelming. I had a great group in September 2020 with Michael.
Back then, we had weekly zoom meditations which I loved so much as you never felt alone. Nowadays they still have monthly meetings and options to join in person, as well as events throughout the year. Some are free so everyone can access support from Jillian and Michael.

I am very surprised, proud and thankful that I have today officially been meditating twice a day for two months. I was expecting this to be a huge challenge and a matter of will power, but it has actually been the softest and most natural thing, that I have been looking forward to every day. Even getting up in the morning before everybody else to sit 20 minutes in the garden on my own has become a very precious moment for me. Much to my surprise my kids haven’t questioned my ‘20 minutes on the bench’ once. Only that one day, when I didn’t do it, and they were both like: Mom, please do your 20 minutes tomorrow! Because they suddenly remembered what I was like before 😅.

I bless the day that I first met Jillian and was instructed in Vedic Meditation. The simplicity of the process belies all the complicated "if's" and "buts" that normally accompany forays into the relief of anxiety and stress, and the search for a clear mind. The meditation is simple, calming and completely effective and has changed my life as I move away from the negative and have the confidence and courage to move forward.
Most importantly the supportive care that continues after the initial learning is 100%.

As much as I found meditation, it found me and I'm so glad it did!

Jillian, Michael and Emma made my introduction to the world of Vedic Meditation understandable and so it has become an integral part of my everyday.

Meditation gives me a clearer way of knowing myself, how I am with others and what is important to me. This brings understanding and greater awareness of my day-to-day choices and I feel better resourced and available to the people and activities important to me.
