Such a cool place! The Banh Mi Bun Bo Hue was the standout dish we got. I could eat it every day 🙂 The Banh Khot and crispy pork belly were also very good. Will definitely be back to try some more dishes!

This place is such a gem, my favorite thing I’ve tried so far are the wings- they’re so crispy and juicy. Full of flavor even without the sauces!
Give this place a try, you won’t regret it! I love that it’s a family oriented place, I can’t wait to bring my kids back for their ramen bar!

This is such a hidden gem! We had crispy pork belly banh hoi (a rice noodle salad/lettuce wrap type dish, huge portion), combo rice plate, and fried tofu. Everything was fresh and delicious! They have a lot of items that you don’t also see at typical Vietnamese restaurants. Although it is a self-service type of setting, he service is kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is also really nice, they also serve speciality dessert drinks and is a nice place to hang out with some friends.

Wonton soup with added noodles
Shrimp in broth is big peeled tail on -adds to the well rounded flavour. No strong fishy taste in soup.

Pork belly Bang Hoi
Something different for Vietnamese places , fresh and crispy skin has a nice texture and is a big dish with better presentation than most vermicelli bowls. It was eaten as a lettuce wrap for added crunch.

Fried tofu
Light oil and light breading good appetizer option I didn't expect to see on the menu and was very pleasantly surprised I thought it was fitting for tonight's meal.

M3XL Banh Khot
Low carb option, fresh greens and crunchy daikon and carrot pickles. Was a good appetizer shared amongst our group.

M4 Salmon filet
Crispy skin good color of pink
Larger portion of rice it was the only rice dish ordered

Drank 1/4 with meal tastes like real mango.

Sour plum drink authentic flavor of sour plum, strong in flavor.

Stumbled upon this spot while searching for wings 🍗, and I’m so glad I did! I had no idea it was here—such a cute place! 😍 The noodle wall is super fun! 🍜 I ordered the wings, and they were delicious and a great value for the price. I’ll definitely be ordering again! 👍

A very close 5 star for SLC. For Vancouver-Houston-New Orleans, it’s where I ranked it — still very good.

Crispy pork: probably the better in SLC but having eaten in Vancouver China town and Hong Kong, it’s definitely a grade below but I always enjoy it.

Wonton is solid. The chicken wings? 5 star: crispy, good flavor, and would have been better if we added the jalapeño peppers but the kid…

The most surprising? The Vietnamese coffee tasted like Lee’s — like the OG in Houston. I have had in Vietnam to Vancouver to Houston and this place tasted exactly like Lee’s cousin. Random: they have random hours and close early on weekdays.

Overall, I recommend this place. 4.5 star.

We had their Banh Mi Pho and their Banh Mi Bun Bo Hue. They were both delicious, and the dipping broth made a huge difference. Right before we left, we tried the Banh Bo Nurong which is a honeycomb cake and it really hit the spot.
