I purchased a clearance item and immediately tried to exchange it for something else. The employee, Amanda (as indicated on the receipt), refused the return, stating that clearance items are not eligible for returns. However, I was not informed of this policy at the time of purchase, and it is not mentioned in the return policy. Her tone and attitude were very rude. Avoid this place.

I usually avoid this kind of store at the airport because I don’t want a sales pitch.

I really enjoyed stopping in. The guy who helped me today was very knowledgeable about headphones, and went above and beyond to let me try things out.

I could tell that folks who work here care about helping people understand the options.

Keep on walking and do not stop at this store. The staff is very rude and not helpful. We were looking for Apple brand chargers for our iPhone 14 and they had no lighting connector to USBC cords but they only had USBC blocks 🤷🏻‍♂️🤯. Okay. Fine, inventory can be an issue but the staff continued to be condescending, arrogant and rude. Apparently no matter what iPhone you have they do not have solution and the staff will make you feel like you don’t belong in there store. We walked down to a little Kiosk and the staff there were and are very helpful. Plenty of other options.

As the former reviews indicated...just DON'T. My Mophie charger doesn't work at $94 and their phone number is bogus to attempt to resolve. DON'T.

These company is terrible! Sold me a second hand iPods as new and would not take them back. I'd give them zero stars if could.

Horrible experience with iStore!! Bought a charger 2 months ago and it stopped working. NO RETURNS past 30 day as he point to the tiny print next to register. RUN!!
