Great place for self development, meditation, and generally understanding the human condition! Talks, sessions, and practical courses to help you learn more about a variety of topics. So much value provided and it is free (relies on donations)! Highly recommend visiting.

What I love about Inner Space is that there is no right or wrong answer, everyone is on their own journey and aiming to achieve different things. My favourite part is how welcome everyone feels, such a peaceful and positive centre for people to escape the outside world.

Just would like to say I have been coming to inner space for a number of years it’s helped me to understand myself better .
There’s no egos there and the courses are absolutely brilliant.
The silent room for meditation is absolutely peaceful and has very very strong positive energy.
There should be an inner space class in every school and University.
Inner space teachings are probably the most important help in one’s life .

Coming into Inner Space is welcoming, peaceful and uplifting. It is like coming home to a good place that you can trust. Those who give the sessions and courses, practice the ways they talk of, yet they are neither pushy, judgemental, or in any way self righteous. You can feel the peaceful presence and atmosphere there. Also, in my experience, the 3 weekly Zoom meditation sessions give out warmth and wisdom. Before you know it, you are in those quiet moments. Of course the mind wanders but the ongoing practice is there to help bring you back.
I feel very fortunate to have found Inner Space Manchester. It is a rare place with a genuine acceptance and care for all. Thank you.

The people here have helped me so much. They try to be their better selves, share knowledge and lived experience. I'd recommend their caring approach to a problem and their meditation to anyone struggling with any kind of trauma. My view is, there's not much to lose in attending a session or event.

It is a must visit place for busy bees! The facilitators are smiling and ready to guide someone in meditation. Very relaxing Quiet Room for mid day meditation.
