The restaurant service was great!👍🏾 My server Shakiya was warm and welcoming the moment I walked in. She helped with making a recommendation on the menu, and my strawberry sweet tea was perfect. I gave only 4 stars because my silverware was dirty, but they were replaced immediately.
I also loves that the manager Joshua greeted customers on both Englishnandnin Spanish. I will dine again. 🙂

Store #3418: disorderly and disgruntled. While I'm happy to entertain a wait while picking up an order, I consistently find that when I order pick up the wait is 20-35 minutes, and that's considering that I often wait to go pick up. Today my wife came to pick up an order and when she got home, she discovered that 3 items were missing. This has happened before, and is why we typically check our order before we leave. She returned to have the items replaced and was met with attitude, a lack of clear communication and a over 60 minute wait to have the items replaced She called at the 30 minute wait time, and I came to join her. The manager on duty could be seen staring at my wife from the kitchen kiosk, and did not speak with either of us. We're currently still waiting at the front desk, I've listened to my wife explain the situation to 3 employees, one stating that they are a manager. He didn't explain anything just nodded then went back to the kitchen. I've seen 3 tables of customers get up and leave while waiting on service. I will not ever purchase from this Ihop ever again. For reference my wife had a pick up time of 9:48 am, she returned at 11:15 am for the missing items, and it's 12:41 pm. This is absolutely unacceptable business. Update, the manage spoke to me at 12:55, explained that if my wife had "a better attitude... that she would've been helped." I explained that I needed a refund and that I don't understand why she would make my wife wait an hour for an order she has not started. She put her hand in my face and asked the customer behind me if they needed service.

Ordered online thinking I would save time. Walked into a dirty restaurant that looks poorly kept. After waiting 5 mins someone finally came to "help" and I waited another 10 minutes before getting my order, 12 minutes past my pick up time. Servers may be good, but the place needs cleaning and needs more organizing.

Muy mala experiencia. Aparate que se tardaron mucho para servir la comida, me salio un tipo tornillo en medio de mi comida , como es eso posible ,como eso llego a mi comida habla mucho de la higiene del lugar y de como preparan la comida, de esa comida le estaba dando a mi bebe de un año, me dio mucho asco y rabia que eso pasara.. no vuelvo a ese lugar, abajo adjunto una foto con la evidencia 👇👇

I saw 5 tables of already seated guests stand up and leave at my local iHOP today. I saw this while I waited over an hour for missing items from my pick up order. From the first interaction with me, this female manager chose to ignore me. She tells me "gimme one sec" and proceeded to seat a lobby full of guests before readdressing me.

I waited patiently for about 30 minutes before asking her again. She again says "gimme one sec" and ignores me. Two other pick up parties are waiting around the same time as me, and there are guests getting restless about not being greeted or seated. About 45 minutes went by before she had another conversation with me about my order. I ultimately left the restaurant because my infant daughter was getting sleepy. My husband came to pick up the order instead. She bragged to my husband that she told all of her employees to ignore me and commanded them not to make my food. Those 5 guests I mentioned earlier all left because of poor service and ironically were amongst the people the manager chose to greet instead of talking to me. The male manager came after I had waited about an hour for my items, but he eventually went to hide in the back as well.

I never actually got those missing items, and the way I was treated by management was unacceptable. Attatching a picture of my Sirloin Steak Tips, one of the many items I was missing or asked to be replaced. I mean really, would you happily be served this?

We went to eat this past Thursday morning and there was only one waitress attending everyone dining in and she was amazing... Service like this makes me for sure coming back. Food was good and fast but the service was all hands down amazing.

Anyla Ryan was my waiter and she was amazing to say the least. Very polite and communicated very well. We received 5 star service as if we were at Eddie V’s. I have never received such great customer service at any IHOP! If you come to this location on Vista Wood blvd ask for her and you won’t be disappointed. I will only come to this location because of the service she provides.
