My thoughts were in chaos, full of blasts from the past, and fears for the future. I had explored things like mindfulness and CBT elsewhere in the past, but all I learnt was what was wrong, but no real idea of how to change it.
i joined Fiona only a few short weeks ago, and my ability to be aware of my emotions, understanding why they exist, and how to move forward, is amazing. I've really learnt how to be gentle and compassionate with myself, and am far happier, and still making progress.
Fiona is achieving our progress in her lovely, gentle, way by talking to us, not being instructional in any way, but by real coaching. I always leave her sessions motivated to use what I've learnt, and I do !
Joining Fiona has been one of my better decisions, I'm loving being involved with it, and am far happier in my life, already.

I’ve been practising mindfulness with Fiona once a week for a few months now and it’s been such a great help for me though difficult & challenging time in my life.
I find comfort in those sessions & I love listening to Fiona- her ideas and lovely voice during meditation is just so great.
Also being a part of a group has been a great way of support.
I’d recommend Fiona’s session to anyone who is looking for a bit of help with mindfulness & meditation, it’s a relax and welcoming environment!

Fiona's online classes have been very helpful. The different classes throughout the week have improved my wellbeing and helped me to feel more calm and able to meet life's challenges. I've benefitted from the practical techniques, relaxation classes and sense of community Fiona builds. I'd definitely recommend the classes to anyone who has thought about exploring mindfulness.

I have had previous experience of being helped to practice Mindfulness and know how beneficial it can be. However, it is not really something you learn and then go away and just get on with - in my experience Mindfulness requires regular attention and refreshment. I knew I needed guidance again but was initially wary - it’s so important to feel comfortable and cared for while you are practicing. I have just completed six sessions with Fiona and really I couldn’t recommend it more. We were a small group but I quickly felt an attachment to each person. Fiona gently led us all and radiated a calm and loving warmth. Each session was followed up with Mindfulness tips and techniques which were really useful. I now feel better and stronger and I will be rejoining Fiona in the Spring to continue practicing. Do not hesitate to join these classes.

I have been practicing mindfulness with Fiona for a couple of years now and it has been a real help and comfort during some difficult times. The group sessions are supportive and welcoming to both longstanding and new members. I find the Tuesday evening meditations a welcome break from life's stressors and demands.
I have learned a lot about managing anxiety symptoms and also how to get more enjoyment day to day by focusing on being in the present moment more often.
I would highly recommend this group.

I started attending Fiona's Mindfulness sessions a few years ago following a taster session, as I was keen to find out more. I'm glad I did, as it helps me to focus on the here and now, rather than everything that's going round and round in my head! I also enjoy learning the science behind what we do and find it really interesting. Fiona is very engaging and enthusiastic and it feels like she can tune into how I'm feeling with the topics discussed each week. The meditation at the end helps me to have some time just for me and to actually relax! I would definitely recommend attending these classes. Thank you Fiona.

I have been attending the online evening class for over two years now. At first I was sceptical of how it would work as a virtual group, but it actually works surprisingly well and allows me to practice mindfulness from the comfort of my own home. Fiona is knowledgeable, positive, and passionate in her desire to offer support to the group . I can highly recommend Fiona to anyone who is thinking of giving mindfulness a go.

I have just finished 18 weeks of the mindfulness course with Fiona. I had been to a taster session previously and had never experienced relaxation like it.
After suffering from anxiety after an injury, I decided to try Fiona’s mindfulness class.
I have learned to let go of stress and practice being in the moment. It’s amazing how slowing down has helped manage this modern world. I am sleeping better and generally feel happier as a result.
I cannot recommend Fiona highly enough. She talks the talk but walks the walk. She is genuinely committed to this practice and wants to help everyone!
Every single person will benefit from attending. No doubt at all. I will definitely be back for more.
