Fantastic service received from Sophia at FedEx. We had a unique request to ship personal documents internationally. She went above and beyond the exstra mile to assist us. Even though the computer had trouble generating the return label she went ahead and tried several other methods which was successful. Absolutely beyond grateful for her exceptional service.

This is a great place for shipping and printing. Much quicker and better service than a big box story. I have printed realest flyers that had superb quality as well as various business documents and flyers for events around town.

He staff is friendly and very efficient. They even welcome you as you come in. The place is clean and organized and prepared for your job, big or small.

While there recently one of the self serve printers messed up and didn’t print my whole order cause a bit of extra work and time. They ended up printing the rest of the job for free. They definitely were aware of the inconvenience and made up for it. Great custom service.

Also while there an elder gentlemen came in need some things laminated, not only did an employee assist him, but they went out of their way to ensure he got what he needed and was done satisfactory.

Love how they claim that we picked up an order on a Saturday from this location, but it wasn’t me or my son that picked it up because A) I don’t leave home on the weekend and B) I don’t have any print outs of images from my email and what not for check deposits let alone a receipt for that day. I’m not paying for the papers twice that I never received and I won’t be using their services anymore because of this! I will find another way to print out financial documents.

Stood at the print machine for about 10 minutes waiting on a retrieval code. No one asked to see if I needed any assistance. Code wasn’t sent to my phone until after I left.

fedex as a company is great, but the store manager at this store is rude with no sense of urgency. what should’ve taken me 30 seconds took me so long for no reason. she just fumbled with papers and didn’t everything as slow as she possibly could. not very mindful of people’s time. very disappointed
