We go at least 6 to 10 times a year. Love the big sales. The nice thing is the clothes last my size mat change but the clothes are fantastic! The nick makes are great too!

Awful. The clothes are cute, but highly overpriced, and they treat employees like utter garbage. I overheard a manager scolding an employee for not helping another customer when she was busy with another. Very bad taste. It makes me wonder what they say about customers behind their back since all they care about is numbers and not the people!

As always, a great shopping experience. I can always find what I need, in my size, at a fair price. There is almost always some kind of sale going on that make the good deals great deals. The floor staff is friendly and helpful, not too intrusive like other clothing stores. Don't forget to get a rewards card and take advantage of your military (active, veteran, or retired) discount. The store credit card seems like a good deal too that increases the store rewards you get and often has an incentive to sign up.
All in all, Eddie Bauer Outlet is still one of those shopping experiences that is worth going to a brick and mortar.

Amazing store went in for a sale of up to 70% off. The store was well put together and organized. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They seem to love there job, but are not pushy about it which I appreciate. Will update try and find the associates name who helped us because she definitely needs a raise.

I have shopped at this store for years and always been very happy with the clothes and sales staff but today was exceptional. A salesperson by the name of Dustin was very intuitive and helpful in selecting several different items for me by changing out styles and colors like a real pro. A very pleasant and successful shopping experience and I hate shopping.

Went in for a lightweight long pant. Met Michele...very professional and helpful! She is not the typical retail employee we run into now days. She listened, advised and assisted. I have already been back to buy another pair.

Best place to shop for all your hiking and sportswear needs. These clothes are durable and last! Great coats, raincoats, and warm jackets! We love their snuggly flannels and soft waffle weaves. Absolutely they best assistance too Jackson and Dustin are super helpful and if it's not in the shop they will locate it online and send it to you, No shopping charges!

Loved the clearance section! The associate was very helpful in answering our questions and went above and beyond to help the other customers who were shopping there as well. Great staff and reasonable prices with even better sale prices. Definitely recommend stopping by.
