This is our second time ordering form this location, the staff needs training in how to make the pizzas and pastas. We ordered a buffalo pizza and it was just a regular pizza with buffalo sauce in top. The chicken Alfredo pasta was missing the chicken and barely had enough pasta to cover the bottom of the pan, the pasta cooked onto the pan and was completely stuck on. Don’t order from their location.

Came here for the first time tonight Friday 1/3/2025 around 8pm to use my gift cards for the holidays and the staff was adamant about helping me save money towards my order with the manager special 20% off so I give em 5 stars for that!
The atmosphere was pretty modern, it looked brand new or newly renovated inside if they’ve been here for a long time
The employees were pretty friendly and trying to make the best of their time I did over hear someone asking about how to make the pizza and what to add on it but they were helping each other out so I figured that last review before mine might be valid- but from my experience they were teaching each other what to do so I figured it could’ve been a new employee or someone being trained who messed up their order. But no. They just can’t read here! And they DONT know how to make pizzas. It’s like they don’t even care they just doing whatever they want in there cus
HOW I ORDER A VEGGIE PIZZA AND THEY PUT PEPPERONI ON MY SHT ? I’m cryiiingg! This just made my night so sad!

This location was showing such promise and improvement over the last couple of years.

Recently, I need someone to call me from your headquarters. Not the STORE!

I ordered pizza.

First I get a call from the young lady making our pizza. She says they no longer have gluten free.

I had no issue no problem. Asked her to sub for a thin and crispy.

Then maybe 35 mins later I start checking the tracker to see where the pizza is. It was taking too long.

Tracer showed my delivery guy in a nearby neighborhood but not in my immediate area.

I could visibly see him moving then he came approx 1 mile from my home and order was marked complete. I DID NOT HAVE MY ORDER. I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE IN THE COLD WAITING.

I waited 10 more minutes just in case there was in error in the system.

Nothing !!

So I call the store to confirm delivery address or make sure it didn’t get delivered to the wrong home. After 15 MINS! I got upset and DROVE to the store!!

I got to the store and was waiting in line 10 mins! No one addressed me, and the young lady who makes the pizza with horrific attitude asked “what do [I] want”

I explained the issue that they falsely marked my order complete at this point it was over 30 mins. I explained I was literally still on hold with them waiting just to get answers.

I put my phone on speaker and they heard me on hold.

They young lady ignored me and a gentlemen said “what was your order” I told him my order and he said ohhh he just left like right now. And then they said “bye have a good night” sarcastically without even addressing the issue.

I get back home.

Still NOTHING!

15 more mins later finally it shows up.

To be fair the delivery driver himself was extremely apologetic and understanding. He was the only one with any sense of customer service.

Pizza was cold and not even appetizing.

I live in this area and frequently place orders at this dominos location. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of courtesy that left a sour taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively.

When I approached the counter pick up my order, the staff member seemed disinterested and spoke to me in a rude tone. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand that everyone has off days, but basic respect is a minimum requirement in customer service.

I asked for light red sauce on my pizza, but they did not follow my instructions. I asked if they could remake it and I was met with attitude and disrespect. If the pizza is incorrect or not fixed to my liking, why was this a problem?

To make matters worse, when there was an issue with my pizza, the employee fixed it without wearing gloves. This not only raised concerns about hygiene but also showed a blatant disregard for food safety practices. Watching them handle my food so carelessly was extremely unsettling.

The overall disrespect I experienced during my visit was disappointing. I will be following up Domino's customer service directly to report the manager and this location.

Beautiful new location, but the door handles were broken upon exit. Food was way too salty for me, the new owner special New York thin crust. Only two people in the store making pizza and no one was at the front counter. One male stopped to come to register then when he gave my order he said I had to round up, cos we have no change. Really not my fault for you to short change me and think it's OK. I have no reason to return to this location

I was in the area and wanted something HOT to eat but I wanted a sandwich, that's when I remembered they put this Dominoes in the shopping center. I thought it was going to be dirty and small on the inside and surprisingly it was VERY clean, really spacious and the server was extremely nice (he even brought my order out to the table). The service was fast and the Italian sub sandwich I ordered was SO GOOD. There's a dominoes closer to my house but THIS location will continue to get my business when I return to the franchise.

I placed my order and I must say I love the improvements. Everything was hot fresh and beautifully made. When I opened the box we were amazed. The store was clean and cool which is much need during this time of yr. Keep up the great work I am truly impressed! I will be returning and telling others it’s safe to start back going to 1111 W Ledbetter store. We don’t have to drive way across town now to receive good service. Also it was maybe 10 mins and my order was complete. Thanks again!

I ordered a pizza on Christmas Eve and this is what I got I think the driver was eating on it,everyone at that location needs to be fired even the GM, this is what Domino’s delivering only in Hood!!!!
