I can understand waiting in line, but the one cashier who was working did not know how to refund two items I was returning. Ten minutes waiting in line and "Jenga" came over to help... Boom box on high.

Great customer service, low inventory, sometimes it's hard time find what I need when the store isn't properly replenished

Update once again store is not open until and hour later. This dollar tree is usually messy often it doesn't open on time. It would help if they placed a sign so we can know when it will open this area is already a good desert. I've day out here for an hour was supposed to open at 9 still not open

I understand that it's difficult to keep the floor clean and shelves stocked, however I found this location to be a bit messy and unorganized, but if you are just interested in saving a few bucks on essentials, then it's ok.

Very extremely ghetto.. The manager stays on the phone while it’s always one worker at the register literally slaving with a line to the back of the store. The manager cusses so much; I counted 25 cuss words the 5 minutes I was waiting in line.. I will drive 4 more minutes to go to the other dollar tree because this one is not it especially if you’re in a rush on a lunch break. The cashiers have terrible attitudes but honestly I would too if I had a manager like that and had to check out a whole line of complaining people while my manager is on the phone.

Hate to say it, but this place needs to be shut down for a while, and have crews come in and clean it up and stock it. Aisles are trashed, but there's nothing on the shelves.

Referncing the Posted Review by "Robin Lance", It was expressed that the Manage On Site was needed for approval to refund items. The clerk would have appreciated if you hadn't snuck in a terrible photo of his face. YES, the "MANAGER'S" inappropriate music was on full volume every time he felt it necessary to his whim to assist in helping you folks move along. He prefers "Jango." Though it is irrelevant because many people would prefer he would be considerate and contemplative to everyone else's existence. I don't appreciate you posting everyone in line and the store clerk having his face posted. But yes, Robin Lance, the way that this all was handled was ignorant, rude, inconsiderate to the customer, and the worker who is ONLY helping to move the business along. It can be heard later on in this night that the clerk himself VERBALLY EXPRESSED, That he doesn't care about the customers. He doesn't care to speak at a proper volume or keep his appropriate music at a proper volume. That's part of the problem with society. So you have a woman who would rather make underhanded comments and post on the internet because SHE feels like no one cares, so "Why should I?" While unexcused, he expresses and shows the same sentiment. So then everyone leaves the store with a bitter taste in their mouths. People need to stop being so dismissive with narcissistic indifference, or society will only be annoyed and angry with each other. Thanks for your input, Robin Lance. Your grievances are heard by the little people who have little to do with the trouble but are working diligently to appease your whims, Robin Lance.

$1.25 to $5 is not bad for products. Considering our inflation and shrinkflation.
