We stayed in town for the Seattle/Green Bay game this last weekend and we loved it! We rented two rooms and they were conveniently right next to each other. The hotel staff, valet service, and the front desk were all respectful and courteous. I know a lot of people probably complain about the cost of the valet service, but when you compare that to the alternative of having to park off site or on the busy street, I will take it. Every time we requested the car it was available within 10-15 minutes, and it is 24/7. Their security is also 24/7. We enjoyed the restaurant for drinks one of the nights we were there. There are lots of food options near by as well that are great. It is only a 12 minute walk to the stadium, which was great. If we were to ever come back to Seattle, we would likely stay here. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean.

Wonderful hotel with exceptionally clean facilities and friendly staff. I encountered an issue with my TV, but the outstanding customer service I received more than made up for it. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable—thank you, Courtyard team, for your kindness and attentiveness!

I stayed in a corner room on the 14th floor. While one of the views wasn’t very exciting, the other was absolutely gorgeous. The location was also perfect for my work trip to the Lumen Event Center, just a 13 minute walk away, which was especially enjoyable with the beautiful white lights decorating the area this time of year.

The gym was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, it didn’t have that typical “hotel gym” smell. I appreciated the cold water station and clean, full-sized towels for covering mats. Plus, it was usually empty, which made for a peaceful workout.

The location is phenomenal. The staff seemed very professional and the manager greeted us every time. We were so busy we were not in our room much at all. The view from the 15 floor was beautiful. Some parts do need to be remodeled because there seem to be some wear and tear. It could have been a little cleaner but they were very busy. Happy hour was great and the bar was very clean. The bartender was kind and attentive. Valet parking and a pool in this historic building. Stayed 4 days

Outstanding service and friendly helpful staff! Josh in particular went out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptional.

I would recommend this hotel enthusiastically based on service alone, but the clean rooms and upbeat staff across the board really seal the deal.

Good location close to the water. We stayed in room 1105 and it had west facing windows towards the bay. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Only draw back is that you have to use vallet parking and it runs $69 a night. I think there public parking close by but didn’t want to risk it. Place was clean and staff was very friendly.

Such a great hotel! Every person I came across—hotel staff, security— were so pleasant. They were even helpful with my bags when the Uber came. Every time I passed by I was greeted with big smiles. Very cozy hotel, great atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this spot if you need a place to stay in Seattle!

Excellent hotel with great location for cruise travelers. We arrived in Seattle a day before we departed on our Princess Alaskan cruise and this hotel was great! It is 10 minute walk to Pike's Public Market and the waterfront with lots of great restaurants! And bonus, Target is also only 10 min walk (near Pike's Market), which is great if you need to pick up a few last minute items before departing. PS. We asked for a room with a water view, which was really nice. Breakfast was great at the hotel and the front desk staff was very helpful.
