Please update the website with the ice cream flavors you ACTUALLY have. We went through the drive thru having already tried to plan out what ice creams we wanted through the website and come to find out they had NONE of the ones that we had seen on there. Not a single one, so we had to call people that weren't in the car with us to figure which flavors they DID have. It's very limited although they said they had over 30... Doesn't seem like it. I also don't think they cleaned the scoop because my ice cream tasted like mint and I didn't order a mint ice cream.

I almost walked out before even ordering. As I walked up to the counter I walked up to two employees who clearly saw me because they walked over. They were in the middle of a conversation about how they were “so done” and “didn’t want to be there” etc. they BOTH stood right in front of me while they finished their conversation about how over it they were, while I stood there waiting to order.

Food was fine, shake was fine, customer service severely lacking.

I ordered 2 regular qtr lb burgers and 3 fries. Got home with 3 hamburgers -- a dbl qtr pounder, guac burger and jalapeño burger-- none of which we wanted to eat. Did get the fries. Doesnt anyone check the orders going out We ended up throwing out the hamburgers and made our own.

Store eating area was filthy and littered with trash, food, and dirty face masks. All tables and seats were dirty and trash cans were overflowing. Trash cans in cooking area also over full. One staff member walked by but didn't seem to notice the mess. No one came to clean or check the area while we were there. Very disappointed as this is a newly built restaurant.

Flabbergasting experience at store 211 on N Maize Rd in Wichita. Went through drive through and ordered a bag of burritos. I was asked to pull forward to the "window" and wait for my food which I did. After 10 min I called the store as I thought they forgot me. I was told that someone brought my food to the door RIGHT around the corner from the window and after trying to get my attention (I am hard of hearing and was playing on my phone) and took the food back inside. It would have literally caused her to step off the sidewalk and take maybe 3 steps to hand me my food. Instead they were prepared to just see how long I would wait for food that I already paid for. I am still shaking my head.

Decent food. Seating areas needed cleaned, wiped off & trash thrown out. Employees friendly, but don't know much about their products. I asked if several non-sandwich items contained onions (due to an allergy). All I got was I don't knows. They admitted never having tried or being told about any of the items I asked about.

Gave me wrong salad, but corrected it promptly w a Smile! Good personal!

Cold food, argumentative staff, overall negative experience. The manager was rude as well.
