Cancelled our online order with no explanation 10 minutes before close. Reasoning was that the “product wasn’t available” after it had been available all day.

Edit — Best Buy couldn’t have been any better in resolving this issue. April from Best Buy Support was one of the best customer service agents I have ever spoken with and really appreciate her attention to our matter. We received our original deal and more. This was the best customer service experience I have received in quite along time. Thanks April!

I did not want to go to the store on Black Friday. However, thinking I would get a good deal I did. Of course the computer I wanted
wasn’t on sale at all. guess what…after telling me they had one I stood in line to pay for it for 45 minutes only to get to the cash register and find out they don’t have one and had to order it. They Told us it would ship straight to her house so I was happy with that. Now I find out that it has shipped but we have to be there for a signature or they will not leave it and it can’t be picked up at the FedEx store. If they would’ve told me, I would’ve had it shipped to the store. So now it’s Going back to the company and I have no computer. I should’ve just ordered it on Amazon where it was the same price. And I could’ve done it from home.

We had to be put in a queue to wait for assistance. Which was fine but we were the only ones waiting. Some Verizon tech just stared at us awkwardly because we were waiting in the area he was in. He called over a manager and we could hear her yell at one of the employees to assist us. The employee was very friendly, quick, and helpful. Not a fan of the queue if they don't know how to use it properly. We purchased a remarkable 2 tablet and it is amazing. Definitely recommend for writing notes, drawing, and work.

I had a good experience at Best Buy. I was greeted at the door and told there was a 30-minute wait for laptop help. I got put on a list and was helped around 20 minutes. All my questions were answered, and I was able to make the purchase I wanted. I appreciate the help I received and will continue purchasing from Best Buy when I have the need.
