Bahn mi's and che's are good here

..but the service is hit or miss. Service is very selective .
DO NOT come here expecting fine dining or a 5 star service bc you won't (lol)
- but the food is good.

Prices are competitive with other places but not over priced.

Parking is shared with other neighboring businesses so it can get hectic.

I recently visited [Restaurant Name] with my daughter and had a mixed experience. We ordered the Che Ba Mau and a pre-packed Papaya Salad.

Food:

Che Ba Mau: The dessert was good and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. However, it contained peanuts, which I didn’t enjoy.

Papaya Salad: Unfortunately, the beef jerky that came with the salad smelled and tasted bad. The sauce that came with it was overly sweet. After eating it, I experienced an upset stomach and lower back pain, which makes me suspect minor food poisoning.

Service: The service was disappointing. The cashier was rude and raised his voice when we didn’t understand his question and responded incorrectly. Despite our politeness, his behavior was unacceptable.

Overall, due to the poor service and the issues with the food, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience here! Cashier was nice!

The food and the drinks were great!

My only wish is that they had more gluten-free or friendly options. The salad I had was served with small pads of rice paper that made it difficult to eat. I was really hoping they had some gluten-free bread so that I could enjoy a Banh Mi sandwich.

Never buy sugarcane juice here. It's not fresh,it tastes spoiled . Don't waste your money here.

First time customer, was really impressed with their food and variety. Great and fast service. Delicious food, good prices. Bread was freshly made! Not the cleaniest place, but that was expected. Will definitely go back very soon!!!!

This the worst place to order banh mi. I had to wait for 30 min. For 2 Bambi mi. 4 people working there. I understand people order 10 to get the deals so Im the third person in line to order not it like I'm behind 5 to 10 people. Never will I go there. Not to exaggerate how long I waited, the receipt have the time printed when the 30 min. Was up, I ask for my money back, knowing that I just saw someone pick up there 3 sandwich.Bad communication service but at less let people know how long the wait then I can walk next door to get a boba.

Their sandwiches are amazing!! The bread is exceptional which is not always the case. First time being here but I will for sure come back. I’m very impress of the variety of food and snack. Everything looks good and taste even better!

Bought a bbq pork bahn mi today and the Jalepeno was not Jalepeno but green bell pepper! Who puts green bell pepper in a bahn mi! Awful! The cucumber slices were slimey, almost close to molding! I couldn't even eat my sandwich and tossed it away. Horrible!
