Mrs. Seresea is a true blessing to this field. I cannot express how much she has helped my daughter. Not only is she just an incredibly open , warm and friendly person...she actually listens and engages with you. She can sympathize and share experiences which most "pill docs" as I call them, don't do. You are treated like a human being and genuinely you can see she cares for her patients well being and they are no just another Rx. The staff and nurses there are also really friendly and eager to help if you need it. I have and will continue to recommended her to everyone! We are very pleased, thank you for everything!

Originally came here for a Urinalysis next door at Quest, they proved to be such a disappointment. Luckily I saw online that these guys may be able to do some drug screenings for Quest.

I came in and asked the woman at the counter if I could and she was super helpful and told me what to do. Once I got my drug screening order transferred over I was in and out in 15 minutes!

Rebecca was super friendly and quick. Experience was so nice that I went back in to Quest next door and told everyone that was there for a drug screening to reach out to these guys and see if they could help.

The staff here are so awesome! I was prepared to go take my drug screening for a major job opportunity, and had set up an appointment for the last slot of the day, but my car battery died at some point and my car would not start. I called them right away and explained the situation, and were so accommodating! Although it was hugely inconvenient for them, they allowed me a little extra time to Uber to the clinic provided I was able to test right away. When I got there, I was able to check in a little after my scheduled time, provide the sample, and was out of there so fast - all without feeling like I had dropped the ball. Again, they were so nice, and I cannot express how appreciative I am of them. Thank you!!!

Best kept secret in Killeen. Came in for a drug analysis and really appreciated the welcoming environment with fast and friendly staff. Definitely recommend and will be using them again as needed.

Now I read some of the reviews about Mindful Primary & Care that was posted a few months ago but my experience in the Killeen office was WONDERFUL!!! The employees were very professional and treated you with respect and just so they can be recognized because I don’t know their names I was there on 15 September 2023.
