Haley was so helpful to me while pregnant, and during my labor and birth of my son! She helped teach my husband how to do hip squeezes, helped me plan my birth out and think through each scenario, encouraged me continuously and was always a phone call or text away whenever I had any questions. I am so thankful for her calm demeanor and kind personality, she made for an excellent support person in the hospital! I highly recommend her for any pregnant mom’s looking for a doula!

I’m so grateful I had Haley with me for my scheduled C-section. She wasn’t just supportive, she was genuinely there for me in a way that felt so personal and comforting. She took the time to understand what I needed, helped calm my nerves, and was such a reassuring presence throughout the whole experience. Her kindness and encouragement meant the world to me and I can’t imagine going through it without her. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, “The Mindful Doula” is amazing! ?

My husband and I were planning our third home birth and since we already have two young kids and my husband might get busy taking care of them, we thought it would be a good idea to have a doula. Haley was very accommodating and addressed a lot of my concerns. She was willing to support me and my family in any way possible. My labor and delivery happened so fast that Haley couldn’t be there for the birth itself but she came back to help me recover postpartum, which was so helpful. Haley is passionate about what she does. We love Haley!

Haley provided amazing doula services for both of my pregnancies and I plan to use her in the future! Her knowledge & support was indispensable! She was so personable yet professional at the same time – a perfect combination which helped us feel comfortable and confident in having her as our doula. Haley is 100% committed to her business and her clients, she will ALWAYS be there for you, whether by phone, text, or in person when it’s needed. She brings unconditional support, positive energy, and a fountain of birthing knowledge with her wherever she goes, even during those all night hours while you’re in labor waiting for progression to take place. When I was in labor, she was right there with my husband and me. She provided advice on different movements to try to ease pain or to help baby engage. We were so grateful to have her by our side to welcome both of our children!

Haley is so knowledgeable, kind and supportive!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me through the birthing process. She is also a great advocate and helps you to pursue whichever birth you choose. You can tell she has such passion behind what she does and it is so felt throughout the whole process!!
