Henna is such a beautiful soul. She is patient, kind, and educated, helping me tackle tough life topics I bring to our sessions. From the second you meet her, you can tell that she truly cares and empathizes. I have been working with her for over a month now and could not be happier with the progress my life has had. Her coaching methods are incredible and ground-breaking. The guided meditations and thoughtful questions she asks creates a safe, exploratory space for me to express myself and self-reflect, essentially discovering direction and realization through my own words. I have never been one for asking others for help, but working with Henna does not feel like that. It feels like gentle guidance with understanding, which grew my self-confidence and self-growth incredibly. When I first started working with Henna, I had just started a new venture developing a brand, creating a website, and trying to find my niche in a world I was not very familiar with. Each week I came into our session with a hurdle (or two or three) and walked away with new excited energy, clarity in my next steps, and a weight lifted off my shoulders - all because Henna helped me discover that I already had all the essential tools, positive energy, and passion within myself (I had only lost my way a little!).
