This is it! You won't find a better place to eat in Wichita. Best food I've had in a long time. Service was excellent! Place was clean! The food was amazing! From the spring rolls to the pork it was perfect!

This has been my favorite spot for over 20 years. I'm keen on LG Iced Viet Coffee , #45 Char grilled Pork with noodles and vegetables, egg rolls , spring rolls, fish sauce, peanut and plum sauces, also love the Family running Saigon, so pleasant and helpful every time.

Don’t come here and ask for extra items for your pho like sauce or cilantro or whatever else you want more of. The man who seems to be the owner I’ll get an attitude with you and start slamming stuff on the counter. Even though I had no problem paying for the extra items I wanted for my food , at that point I didn’t even want it anymore. He started trying to charge for everything extra I asked for like $2 sauce when it’s free in the restaurant on the table to use. Mind you the sauce packages are like little ketchup packets you get from McDonald’s. Also I had went the day before and the sauce was free of charge. Overall the experience with the owner hasn’t always been the best but the food is good if you take it as is. As a paying customer give me what I want for the food I’m paying for.

The staff is friendly, & the food is good. The service is absolutely excellent. You get all of your food SO FAST! I believe the same family has owned this restaurant for over 30 years. Their barbeque pork is excellent. We enjoy their egg rolls and lettuce wraps also. They have really great pho. Flavors here are on point. Get a Vietnamese coffee if you have never had one. They are super strong, but if you like coffee, you will love this. You can't beat Saigon for the price.

The food is consistently delicious!!!
It's flavorful and fresh! The best pho I have had, ever. They give a large portion with plenty of meat, savory broth, and filling noodles. I always get the crunchy, fresh spring.
